stops still and waves at Edward Elric, the boy across from him he had met before, but never really got to know of what he could do. "Hello there shorty" Skulduggery continues to wave like he didn't know he just insulted his opponent.

Edward was merely enjoying the pleasant air of wind blowing against him when he sees a person approaching him. Then, Edward thought to himself that he seem him somewhere and wanted to know his name. When he was about to open his mouth, his opponent spoke up two words following by a end word which he hated a lot. All of a sudden, Ed got very angry and started to shout at that person.

"Shorty!? You call me a shorty!? I shall rip your legs off and stick them on your face!"

Skulduggery looked down at his legs and tilted his head, he then looked up and took off his sunglasses - revealing his hollow eyes. "That's going to be quite hard to do, a bit fiddly and you're gonna need some good industrial glue." Skulduggery then proceeded to remove his scarf and throw it aside, his appearance was clear, his head was a Skull. He cracked his bony fingers and pushes his hat so that it is tilted upwards.

Seeing the person taking off his sunglasses, Ed was totally surprised to see that they were hollow with no eye balls within it. He went on removed his scarf revealing his skull at which Ed was even more surprised.

"Who are you and what are you?"

"That doesn't matter right now!"

Skulduggery then performs four handseals and after doing so grabs a kunai with an explosive tag from his pouch and throws it at his opponent, aimed for his chest - though this wasn't the attack real attack Skulduggery had made. After he performed his hand seals a Water Beast had been formed on the water source to the right of Edward - The beast shot a torrent of water at the boy and the kunai explodes when it hits his chest.

Skulduggery makes a '+' shaped hand seal and two clouds of smoke erupt on either side of him and quickly fade, revealing the newly summoned Shadow Clones on either side of him.

Seeing his opponent performing a series of 4 hand seals, Ed gets ready by placing his right hand near his ninja pouch waiting for his next move to happen. Then he notices his opponent reaching for his ninja pouch and Ed, being near to his ninja pouch quickly grabs a kunai and throws it towards his opponent aimed at the chest. That moment, Ed heard a sound happening on his right just like the flow of water and performs the Tiger hand seal while exhaling a very powerful jet stream towards the water flow piercing through it while Ed moves his head to the left (while the heads moves left, his sight would be on you) making the jet to cut the entire water beast to be cut in half. Then, with the intention to do the same thing, Ed performs a sequence of four hand seals (Dog → Horse → Monkey → Ram) and manipulates the water beside the opponent to create a water beast which quickly releases a water stream towards his opponent washing him away.

Skulduggery sees the quick response by the angry blonde, and he continues to throw his explosive tagged kunai as before and it passed by the one Edward threw at him. Skulduggery even continues to make the clone hand seal except he turns his body right so the Kunai skims between his hand seal and chest, he returns to face forward afterwards, the clones on either side of him.

Since the Kunai I threw was at the same time my first technique was made, and I continued to throw it it blows up at the side of you as you're at the end of countering my first jutsu - <3

When Edward destroys the water beast, he sees the explosive very close to him, with very less reaction time, Ed quickly performs a short jab blowing a powerful wind in form of a fist which soon contains the explosive power dealing no damage to him. After containing the explosion, the wind fist would continue heading towards his opponent aiming to blow him away while dealing some damage on his body.

"Wow, a narrow miss!"
