Before he even does the kick, there is two clones on the left right side of Michealis that are sending a right hook to the right side of Michealis and a left kick to the right rib of Michealis. These two so called attacks are suppose divert the attention to themselves and no where else which for the most part will.
Sebastian was simply starting at his opponent with a slight grin on his face depicting the lust for blood he is right now. He widened the gap between his feet so that he could move easily in case the opponent tries out something fishy. Everything seemed for a while and no one was willing to make a move. That moment, Izumo suddenly began his move by running in a zig zag manner. Locating at the way he is moving, Sebastian channels his earth chakra right before his foot placement and manipulates it to cause a small slab like structure to rise up causing Izumo to trip. The slab would be so small that it would be enough to trip off Izumo but he won't be able to notice it since his gaze is at Sebastian. Seeing this to be a very great opportunity, Sebastian once again channels his earth chakra into the place where Izumo would fall and causes some spikes to protrude out of that place. In case Izumo doesn't escape in time, since he has very very less time to react, he would just die a dog's death.

As Izumo is running towards Sebastian he sensing Sebastian chakra underneath him and it extends up towards him. Right when it extends up, he burst chakra out of his feet making it where he lift up over the chakra that extended out from the ground.

Description: A movement based technique, Flying Swallow Feet works by focusing chakra into the soles of the user’s feet, super-charging the chakra-metal present in their shoes. Description: The universal technique known to all Kiyoshi Clan members that have received training. This technique can activate immediately when the battle begins or whenever the user wishes. The color of the energy can change with the user’s mood, but only when they have learned to become in tune with the energy. Color is insignificant for this technique; it just gives everyone’s own technique its uniqueness.
