Description:
The ring of the frost giant king of the north. Its made of a special metal that can channel Water, Wind and Ice chakra. Wielding the ring gives the user greater power for his Water, Wind and Ice jutsu and gives him the unique ability to materialize a weapon made of either one of these elements in the hand the ring is. For example, the user can materialize a hammer, a sword, a whip, a glove, a bow, etc. User must choose which weapon is materialized, and only one weapon may be used per turn.
Abilities:
+5 damage to Wind and Water
+10 damage to Ice
The elemental weapons that can be created are equal to S-Rank elemental jutsu
Restrictions:
Creating the weapons counts as a turn
Weapons maintain themselves until destroyed or released
While wielding an elemental weapon, user can't make hand seals
Weapons can't be thrown but only wielded
Can't channel fire chakra while using elemental weapons
only -Haku Yuki- can use

Vegito smirked and laughed taunting the Samurai. Vegito put his hand up and wiggled his finger toward himself laughing confidently. He then Cracked his neck and knuckles and got a serious look on his face. He performed several hand signs creating clouds over head, which began to pour rain allowing Vegito to sense the samurai.

Description: A perception ninjutsu, allowing one to freely manipulate rain infused with the user's own chakra after waving the Bird → Rat → Ox → Monkey → Rat → Snake hand seals. The rain falls from rain clouds, formed with the users own chakra. During this technique, the falling raindrops are closely linked to the users senses. When the rain is obstructed by a chakra belonging to someone the existence of the target can be detected. The rain will keep on falling until the user uses the seal to cancel it.
The rain soaked into the warriors clothes and covered their skin in water. vegito turned his back and proclaimed:

As he said this he preformed a single handsign freezing the water inside the samurais clothes and on his skin from the rain freezing him in place.

vegito made a dramatic turn throwing 3 explosive kunais at the samurai as he refaced him. The kunais were aimed at his arms and his fore head.

As the opponent performed a series of hand seals, Rikuo noticed the clouds started turning black and small droplets started falling. As soon as he got wet in the rain, he could feel his clothes and skin becoming cold as ice. He immediately knew that his opponent was an ice user since a normal ninja cannot make something seem cold. Rikuo draws out the sword from his scabbard attached to his left hip and channels chakra into it imbuing it with some sort of glow. With that done, he places the sword on himself and manipulates the chakra to touch his clothes so that the ice is neutralized to some extent.

Description: This technique is unique to samurai, which employs the concept of chakra flow techniques similar to the flying sparrow and Kusanagi: Chidori katana. Through the use of chakra flow the user channels their chakra through their swords his extends the reach and the cutting ability of the blade, and also allows the user to fire crescents of chakra whenever the blade is swung. This released chakra is capable of great destruction as shown from how it destroyed a stone pillar. The samurai have also shown the ability to use shape transformation, as they can form their chakra blades into giant buzz saws, broad swords, spiked shafts, and axes. This ability allows them to rely on smaller swords while retaining greater reach, damage, and surprise attacks as needed.(The technique is capable of countering Ninjutsu of A rank and below due to the chakra charge technique).

vegito see's the samurai prevent his own icy demise and charge at Vegito. Vegito shakes his head, impressed the samurai was so quick to find a solution. As the Samurai charged Vegito a jagged pillar of ice would eurpt from the ground below him trapping him inside. The pillar then would inwards on its self crushing the samurai.

Description: This is an improved version of: Ice Release: Ice Prison Technique. The user will use their chakra to cause a jagged pillar of ice to erupt below the target. This pillar will move up into the target, but rather than pushing them, it will simply absorb them into itself, thus encasing them in ice. The user will then make a single hand seal, causing the ice in the pillar to move inwards on itself, thus crushing it's occupants.
Note: Can only be used twice per battle.

While running, a pillar of ice suddenly erupted from the ground encasing Rikuo in it. But it was an easy task to break out of it, all Rikuo had to do was just channel the chakra throughout his sword which in turn destroyed the pillar encasing him. He did not even have to waste doing another technique to break out of it. As soon as the ice was destroyed, Rikuo channels chakra into the sword to regenerate it and then holsters it into the scabbard. With a swift moment from his hand, he unsheathes the sword while extending the reach of it using the chakra of the sabre technique. In a gist, his opponent is faced with a lightning fast Iaido technique imbued with the extension of Chakra Sabre technique heading directly towards his torso area.

Description: Iaidō is a form of kenjutsu where the user quick draws the blade extremely fast to strike, then re-sheathing it. This method prevents enemies from using hand seals, thus preventing them from using Ninjutsu making it highly effective against enemy ninja. General Mifune of the Land of Iron is a master of this style, making him highly effective against even ninja of caliber of Sasuke Uchiha and Hanzō the Salamander. (The speed of the technique is equivilant to that of the rank of the user)
