Description:
One of the Three Great Dōjutsu (San Daidōjutsu), the Byakugan is the kekkei genkai of the Hyuga clan. Bearers of this Dõjutsu have almost featureless white eyes. When the Byakugan is activated, the user's pupils become more distinct, and the veins near their temples bulge as the blood flow to their eyes is increased. While having the Byakugan deactivated, Hyuga ninjas have a normal eyesight and no special addition to their vision. While low rank Hyugas will need to perform a sequence of hand seals ( Horse → Tiger with lifting just index fingers → Boar with nearly straightened fingers → Hare → Rat → Dog → Horse → Dog → Hare → Rat → Boar with nearly straightened fingers → Snake with the right index finger lifted straight up) to activate their Byakugan, Hyuga masters will be able to do so without the need for any hand seals and even have it active passively for long periods of time. Once activated, the user gains access to all of the abilities the Byakugan bestows upon them. While, like other Dojutsu, its main ability is to see chakra and the chakra flow in sentient beings, the Byakugan adds a complete new detail and dimension to that ability. The user can not only see chakra and the chakra flow, but also the circulatory system and even the 361 tenketsu. Added to this ability, once activated the Byakugan grants the user a near perfect field of vision 360º around himself (up to long-range if he's a master). This field of vision has only one blind spot, slightly above the 3rd thoracic vertebrae and facing backwards but enables the user to actually even see his own chakra circulatory system and chakra flow, which explains why all Hyuugas are so adept and masterfull of precise chakra control. The last ability the Byakugan has is the ability to zoom in and out, focusing on specific things, piercing beyond matter and energy alike, as well as chakra. This specific ability allows the user to see pass most barriers as well as physical matter (like rock walls, ground, etc) but also energy, being able to focus beyond chakra that might be in front of them or other energies. The zooming ability is enhanced as the user becomes more adept at using his eyes and can even reach distances above 20kms away. Some Hyugas have shown a great awareness regarding agressiveness as well as killing intent, detecting such intentions and emotions from others with more ease than most.
Note: Activation spends a move from the users own move count but once the user reaches Sannin Rank and has gained mastery over Gentle Fist for 1 month, he can activate it passively without spending a move. Because of its low chakra cost to maintain, the user can keep it active throughout the whole fight as long as he has chakra and stamina to do so.
Note: Genjutsu that requires Eye Contact when used against a Byakugan user requires direct eye contact between enemy pupil and user's pupil

Jinso appears to the battlefield in a cloud of smoke. He then passively activates his byakugan as he notices his opponent.

Following the statement, Jinso starts off by weaving four quick handseals before exhaling sharp blades of wind that travels towards your head while swinging his head in a circular motion. Jinso then immediately follows by causing water to incase you from the ground below you while your attention is drawn to the wind blade traveling towards you. With you incase in water and about to be cut in half he proceeds to advance in a arc formation to your right

Description: After performing the necessary hand seals Rat → Snake → Horse → Dog, the user takes a deep breath and spins his body around while exhaling, compressing the released air into a solitary blade of wind that covers a substantial area around the user, due to their circular motion. The resulting sharpened blast is large enough to slice through multiple targets located a significant distance from the user, causing grievous injuries to those hit.

Description: The user creates a flow of gushing water under the opponent which traps them in a sphere of water. The user can perform an attack while the opponent is trapped. This jutsu is similar to Water Prison Technique, though the user doesn't need to keep his arm in the sphere of water.

Makenshi entered the battlefield calmly, staring at the clouds, he had no idea that today would be a day of violence. Makenshi felt the presence of another enter the battlefield, peeling his eyes from the sky, he noticed a strange man surrounded by the remnants of smoke. Makenshi, nor Madoushi upon internal conversation knew this man, and yet he was threatening them. Eyes narrowing, Makenshi noticed his white eyes, and the veins bulged from around them. Ah, a hyuuga he thought, this ought to be interesting. Makenshi took a fighting stance, awaiting what his opponent would do. The man began weaving handseals, and sucking in air, Makenshi's proficiency with wind techniques, assured him that his opponent was beginning to create a wind nature jutsu. Naturally, Makenshi and Madoushi thought of fire to counterattack, but instead with deliberation, Makenshi had madoushi extend his fingers from the back of makenshi's heel, touching the ground, causing massive earthen pillars to rise, and strike you in the back, as Makenshi raised a tiny earthen pillar launching over the executed wind attack. Whilst in mid air, Makenshi takes advantage of his skill with water, performing a single handseal spitting a large quantity of water, at your current location(If you hit by the pillars, your location will change).

Description: This technique is a stronger version of exploding water colliding wave technique. The user will first perform the ram hand seal and then spits out a large amount of water that covers an entire area, with massive waves that can crush the opponent. The user then forms the water into a giant orb, instead of releasing like weaker version of the technique.

My water technique
As jinso was going to proceed with the wind technique by weaving the handseals and inhaling air, he notices a chakra throughout the ground and a small tremor began which led him to believe that an earth jutsu was taking place. using the already gathered wind in his mouth he directed his mouth downward before spewing a stream of wind to propel himself into the air before the large pillars erupted to impale allowing him to successfully avoid the first of many to protrude from the ground. While airborne jinso weaves a single handseal before covering his hand in lightning before using shape manipulation to extend the lighting in a sword like manner. Jinso then uses it to cut the various pillars with a single swing of his arm before landing safely on one of the still chopped pillars. From there, jinso then weaves one handseal before spewing out a high velocity wind with combined scouring dust to combat your wave of water back at you.

Description: This technique allows the user to change direction in mid-air at high speeds by simply blowing wind out their mouth. The user can also use this technique by blowing it at the ground and causing a dust cloud to rise, concealing the users location and movement.

Description: The user increases the range of their Chidori by using form manipulation to extend it into a blade up to 10 meters in length. This blade is capable of splitting into multiple additional blades upon contact with an enemy, drastically increasing the number of wounds it can inflict. Like other Chidori-related techniques, this jutsu will numb its target upon contact.
With water, and wind clashing Makenshi threw a kunai over the affair, and performs several handseals multiplying it into hundreds that will rain down on you. As Makenshi is doing this, Madoushi performs a handseal behing Makenshi's back, and emits his mouth just slightly below Makenshi's own, and he breaths out several fire ball heads, that he skillfully manipulates, sending them under the area in which the water and wind clashed, and up into you in an arc. Makenshi then charges lightning into the sky, and brings down tow bolts, one into the pillar you are standing on, and the other aimed right for you.

Description: The user creates a thousand shadow clones from one shuriken after performing Ram → Rat → Bird → Boar → Tiger, striking down the enemy. This is a technique that combines ninja tools with ninjutsu. Compared to normal shadow clones, clones of material objects are said to be on a far higher level. There is no need for preparations beforehand, like stocking up on shuriken, yet since the shadow clones are real and not illusions, all the shadow blades that fly around are equally lethal.

Description: After performing the hand seal Tiger the user compresses a large amount of chakra built up inside their body, before instead expelling it in the form of a number of dragon head-shaped fireballs. The user then skilfully manipulates that great fire, and attacks their opponent. The temperature of the created flames is so great that, even with the briefest of contact, they are capable of easily burning human flesh and the fireballs are dense enough to behave almost as solid, being able to deliver impact damage in adition to the fire damage. However, this also means that they can be deflected as a solid projectiles.

Description: The user sends an electrical essence into the clouds, allowing them to create lightning strikes in the desired location.
As jinso notice the shuriken and the several balls or fire shaped like dragons coming towards him simultaneously he rapidly spins while releasing chakra from all his chakra points allowing a shield of chakra to made in a shape of a dome large and strong enough to protect him from all of it. As he finished he noticed two lightning bolts coming from the sky directed at him and the pillar he stands on by analyzing the shocking properties of the chakra, he takes control of the electrical fields of the ground he stands on and uses it to move almost instantly towards both makenshi and madoushi and avoid the strikes of lightning successfully. As he travels to makenshi and Madoushi he draws both his katana and Wakizashi while charging chidori nagashi thru the blades and make lateral slashes a both Makenshi and Madoushi fast enough to look blurry as they track me the best they can.
Whew! That was a close one. But i end up the winner.

Description: By harnessing the earth's electrical fields to generate electricity, this works as long as the user's legs are connected to the earth. When in use, this allows the user to nearly instantly to close short distances and strike within the same motion. Usable at distances of several feet or less, this allows one to deliver an electrically charged palm thrust should it connect. If no contact is made between the ground and the user's legs, this is unusable. There is a downside as the user cannot change directions once the technique is initiated, thus allowing a more skilled opponent to dodge if they see it coming.
