Keji was walking through a grassy plain and back towards Ame when he saw a man. This man had distinctive white hair similar to 3 others men he had encountered recently. As a precaution, he activated his byakugan Yo, are you here for leisure or to make my day difficult? said Keji as he wove six hand seals and channeled his chakra into the sky causing rain clouds to form and rain to fall. He then followed up by channeling chakra into the man's clothing causing them to forcibly absorb any water that touches them causing them to become heavier and heavier over time.

A malicious grin came on Karna's face as he saw the man activating his Byakugan. Karna would passively activate his one also as he watches the man stringing together handseals.
Rain would follow shortly. Karna acted quickly and simply performed a single handseal to open a portal some meters above you. The portal would release a thick adhesive mud to fall on you in attempts to bind you.
Karna then quickly chain together another attack but this time from below. He would stoop down and slam both hands on the ground to raise the ground in a 8x8 area around you straight up into the falling mud.

Description:
One of the Three Great Dōjutsu (San Daidōjutsu), the Byakugan is the dōjutsu kekkei genkai of the Hyūga and Ōtsutsuki clans, inherited from Kaguya Ōtsutsuki. Bearers of this Dõjutsu have almost featureless white eyes. When the Byakugan is activated, the user's pupils become more distinct, and the veins near their temples bulge as the blood flow to their eyes is increased. While having the Byakugan deactivated, shinobi with have a normal eyesight and no special addition to their vision. While low rank Hyugas will need to perform a sequence of hand seals ( Horse → Tiger with lifting just index fingers → Boar with nearly straightened fingers → Hare → Rat → Dog → Horse → Dog → Hare → Rat → Boar with nearly straightened fingers → Snake with the right index finger lifted straight up) to activate their Byakugan, Hyuga masters and Otsutsuki clan members will be able to do so without the need for any hand seals and even have it active passively for long periods of time. Once activated, the user gains access to all of the abilities the Byakugan bestows upon them. While, like other Dojutsu, its main ability is to see chakra and the chakra flow in sentient beings, the Byakugan adds a complete new detail and dimension to that ability. Not only can they see chakra flow, but also the circulatory system and even the 361 tenketsu (even of their own). Added to this ability, once activated the Byakugan grants the user a near perfect field of vision 360º around himself (up to long-range if they're a master). This field of vision has only one blind spot; slightly above the 3rd thoracic vertebrae and facing backwards. The last ability the Byakugan has is the ability to zoom in and out, focusing on specific things, piercing beyond matter and energy alike. This specific ability allows the user to see pass most barriers as well as physical matter (like rock walls, ground, etc) but also energy, being able to focus beyond chakra that might be in front of them or other energies. The zooming ability is enhanced as the user becomes more adept at using his eyes and can even reach distances above 20kms away.
Note: For Hyugas, activation spends a move from the users own move count but once the user reaches Sannin Rank and has gained mastery over Gentle Fist for 1 month, he can activate it passively without spending a move. Because of its low chakra cost to maintain, the user can keep it active throughout the whole fight as long as he has chakra and stamina to do so.

Shortly after causing the rain to fall Keji noticed chakra above him and looked up to see a portal had opened and mud had begun to fall.

said Keji as he created a vortex of lightning around himself that grew enough to disintegrate the mud just before taking on the form of a dragon's head rushing forwards towards his unnamed opponent in hopes to electrocute him.
As the dragon's head left his body Keji wove a single seal and slammed his hand onto the ground channeling chakra underneath his opponent which would then erupt into a pillar of lightning with a 4m radius and his opponent in the center.

As karna was to proceed with his second earth technique he sees you firing off a Lightning technique in his direction. Karna quickly change his mind and decided to mould his Futon chakra instead.
He would inhale and string together the required handseals right before exhaling and firing off a large wind sphere. The size and speed of the wind would easily demolish and plow through your weaken wind in attempts to reach you.

As his lightning approached its mark the man inhaled; seeing chakra being channeled into his lungs Keji also inhaled as the man wove two seals and exhaled a sphere of wind. Keji immediately after the wind was released would release a stream of water which would cause both jutsu to disperse upon impact.
Keji would weave two hand seals and clap his hands together causing the rain surrounding his opponent to elongate as they shot towards him in hopes to pierce his body like an iron maiden.

With his all seeing eye Karna sees several rain drops around him stop mid air for some reason. Suddenly they all began to move inward towards Karna. In response to this Karna quickly performed one handseal to harden his skin to steel like qualities to block the measily water attack.
Karna then quickly moulded his chakra to form into a small sphere like the rasengan and sent it with quick speeds towards your location in attempts to possibly knock you out. Karna would then begin to move in a arc to his right in attempts to reach a bit closer to you.

As the rain enclosed on its target the man would weave a single seal and surge chakra throughout his body. Along with noticing this Keji noticed the man's skin had turned a dark grey color. As the needles dispersed upon making contact with the opponents skin Keji wove a single seal causing four pillars to rise up one around the man one in each cardinal direction each only a foot from him and 2m tall. These four pillars would then begin to shoot electrical currents into the man's body.
He then followed this action by weaving another seal causing 16 more pillars to rise up around the man. This pillars would be large enough to trap a large summon creature and once fully formed would take the shape of an oven and begin to electrocute the man further is successful.

As he was about to release the sphere towards you, Karna sees the build up of chakra under and around him. Karna could careless for such attacks and so he decided to continue with his original attack. He was capable of doing this due to a seal on his body passively activating to absorb the lightning completely.

Description: The user will have a seal placed on their body labeled "regain" in kanji form (索). Essentially, whenever foreign lightning jutsus are being used, from the seal, a large scale barrier will immediately erect short range around the user at a fast pace. But, it does not provide any damage whatsoever, this is why its passive and instant in activation, although it can be perform in the same timeframe as another jutsu it still count as a move per turn from the user. It's basis of usage is the barrier will immediately act as a lightning rod for the opponent's own lightning jutsu and immediately draw the jutsu inward, attaching itself to the barrier, and after this is done, the full dome shape barrier becomes drawn back into the users seal. This will not give the user any chakra, but rather it will allow the user to use the now unfocused electricity to enhance the users next jutsu attack (lightning composition equivalent to that of nagashi, same with rank and damage as well). Lightning jutsus become enhanced automatically by 10+, with elemental jutsus that coincide with unfocused electricity (fire, earth, water, etc) will have raging electricity running across its body and will increase by 1 rank due to a veil of electricity covering it. This jutsu being increase doesnt have to be soley from the basic 5. It can be used with KG/CE alike aslong as it is within logic and stems from the user's body or at least short range of them for the electricity to aid the jutsu. What also allows this technique to be used in a defensive manner is, lightning is known for its insane speed, due to the speed of the barrier, it will immediately act to "catch" fast moving lightning jutsus (this includes combinations of the sorts) and be used for the user. Armors or lightning jutsus that enhance the opponent's speed will literally be ripped from their body and be used for the users purpose as stated. Can only work to 'capture' A rank damage and below (60 damage points), anything above will continue on as normal.

As his pillars were about to rise Keji saw chakra emit for his opponent absorbing his jutsu as he then released what seemed to be a green colored rasengan. As the sphere grew closer Keji wove a single seal while inhaling then exhaled a pressurized stream of water. This would collide with the orb dispersing it like a bubble and stopping Keji's stream.
Upon the two jutsu canceling each other out Keji would channel chakra into the sky causing rain in the clouds to bounce back freeze and rain down frozen blades covering the area a foot in front of Keji onwards.

Directly after the clash of the water and the PCT Karna performed one hand seal to create a earth dragon to erupt from underneath himself. The dragon would immediately push forward in attempts to ram against the Hyuuga. Karna stood ready for anything suspicious, while on top of the dragon, using it as a means of transportation to reach closer to you.

As the two jutsu collided Keji's opponent would weave a single seal as chakra pooled underneath him. Moments later a dragon of earth would arise with his opponent on top and make it's way towards Keji. Gripping the hilt of his sword with his left hand Keji watched as the dragon and its master approached, and upon it entering short-range(5m) Keji would channel lightning into his hand and thrust it forward releasing lightning that would travel forward and upwards at a 120-degree angle in hopes to take out the earth dragon and his opponent at once.

As soon as the dragon's head would breach into short range Kidd would witness the procedures and release of a lightning blast. To counter, Kid would quickly swing his hands around to release enough wind blades to at least clear the path.
Of course the earth dragon would be destroyed but it didn't matter. Kid was already in short range and that is what he wanted. After clearing the lightning he would leap up and forward in attempts to reach striking distance of the man.

As his opponent leaped off what used to be earth dragon Keji channeled chakra into the clouds above forming some into the shape of a dragon. Which would immediately release a single spear at Keji's opponent in and attempt to impale him while Keji simultaneously jumped a few meters back to maintain a 5m distance from the man; You know you never gave me your name. said Keji as his cloud dragon swooped down and began to circle the two.

Karna smirks as he sees a dragon entity shoot out a spear directly towards Karna. Simultaneously to this, the man would move back a bit in attempt to create space. Of course Karna wouldn't allow this. He seemingly ignored the spear and proceeded to move forward as the man tried to move backward. Karna wanted the space between to get smaller not extend out.
So as Karna moved he would channel his wind chakra to form a shell of wind around him to easily block the spear. Karna would then use his speed and strength to push up off the ground and manuver around the opponent to get behind him. Karna would move out like a blur and simply strike the airborned opponent (getting to you when you jumped back) straight into the ground with a double knee strike. This would easily snap some bones like the opponent's spine if successful.
So as Karna moved he would channel his wind chakra to form a shell of wind around him to easily block the spear. Description: Myōna hyōjō is the sister technique of Jaakuna gēmu, utilizing the intangible and pressurized aspects of Fuuton. Unlike its sister technique though, Myōna hyōjō isn't used on a projectiles or techniques being used, but instead a technique used directly on the user himself or melee weapons he is holding. The user would create a thick "shell" of Fuuton Chakra around the shape of either his entire body or a melee weapon i.e. a sword, hammer, club etc. being about 5m thick and about an inch away from actually touching the user. The shell of Fuuton initially takes on the unique intangible state though it gives off a pale white glittering affect on whatever it is around, (see photo. Lel). Once the shell is created it stays active around the user for three turns before the Chakra runs dry and the shell vanishes all together. While the shell is active it isn't affected by solids such as earth techniques, water, steel, or other human bodies, though the shell reacts to energy based elements and such according to elemental strengths and weaknesses. This means the shell would be unphased by a kunai or earth technique coming in no matter the rank, but would combat against a fire, wind or lightning technique according to rank and weakness. The pressurized usage of the shell comes into play when the user wills it to, by spending an extra +10 chakra for the shell, thus pressurizing it to give it a physical aspect of aggressive cutting wind. This means the user can be performing a Taijutsu technique with the shell around his body in the intangible state, having no affect on how his Taijutsu attack is defended from when it comes to non energy defenses, but at any point the user can spend the needed chakra for the shell to pressurize and rip up anything it is in contact with. The shell becoming pressurized only lasts a brief moment before returning to non aggressive intangible wind again. This means for each attack to be pressurized the user has to spend additional chakra. Due to the wind staying present around the body, it becomes impossible for the user to use any other technique related to another element besides Fuuton. Conceding due to TL
As Keji's spear was repelled he temporarily lost track of his opponent just for him to appear behind him and knee Keji in the back. With his lower vertebrae fractured Keji would be unable to move helpless to what came next. I guess this is it... he said as he closed his eyes Make it quick would ya...

Karna simply took out a kunai and slit his throat to quickly kill him while taking his head off completely too. Of course his actions wouldn't damage those precious eyes of his at all. Karna would summon a jar with water and place the head in there as he seals it in a scroll for safe keeping.
