Unofficial (so our bios aren't tied up), everything else really standard. Plain field, and let's put a wide river next to us so as to open up all the possibilities.

I'll be using Mystogan (Mask, Darkness, or something, in my sig - it's green. You should know basically what I'm capable of anyway).

You take the first move (considering why I'm doing this, that was probably a mistake. Oh well - let's do this).

There was no mistaking it, this was the man. The very man he had fought before when the Juubi's power had failed him. But now he was stronger than before, and his confidence in the Juubi's power was unshakable.

Mister Uchiha... We meet again.

Mystogan looked directly at Madara, his eyes meeting the Uchiha's. This was a man of pride, of sheer power, and of a clan who's abilities manifest and originate from the eyes - the ancient feud between the Nekura and Uchiha was well document, and Mystogan was well-versed in all the clan knew - he was certain that the man would not look away. As their eyes met, Mystogan opened a portal behind Madara's eyes and unleashed hell into the man's head with his powerful Keigoku. Being as high a rank as he was within the clan (I believe I'm still Clan Council if you've taken Clan Head?), his proficiency with the techniques have made his evil chakra quite potent and powerful.

One of the Nekura Clan's most secretive and fabled techniques, the Evil Eye, or Jagan, is the signature technique of the Nekura elite. To perform this technique, the Nekura member must know the method of transferring Keigoku through eye contact alone, which comes from special training with the clan head. Once the opponent locks eyes with the Nekura, Keigoku instantly transfers onto his face and eyes, causing him severe searing mental pain that causes him instant incapacitation and could cause madness on prolonged contact.
The technique may be used thrice per battle - however, per battle it can only be used once on a particular enemy. So, in a one-on-one battle, it can only be used once; in a one-on-many battle, it can be used thrice on three different opponents.
The Keigoku transfer is instant, however, the stronger the mind of the opponent, the shorter the recovery time. For MS-wielders, whose minds are strengthened by Genjutsu expertise, the time of incapacitation is thirty seconds; for normal sages, a minute, and increases by twenty seconds per rank as it descends.
The Nekura cannot use any more Keigoku techniques for two turns after.

While Madara was under severe mental trauma and incapacitate (as per technique description), Mystogan raised his left hand with his index and middle finger extended like a finger gun. From his fingertips spawned a bright light, a beam of heavy green (color is completely aesthetic) chakra which sped through the air while Madara was recovering from the Jagan assault, aimed to strike Madara on the face - no, the eyes to be more specific (starting at the left eye before being dragged to the right). The combination was to insult Madara, first assault him via eye-contact, whilst after destroying his eyes as the beam of medical chakra destroyed the cells they passed through, leaving the proud Uchiha blind and most likely enraged.

Description: A high level medical technique in which the user gathers medical chakra, akin to the Shosen Jutsu technique, into his index and middle fingers, forming a dense chakra focus point. This chakra quickly changes from a light, translucent green to a heavy, bright red color as the user points his fingers outwards, unleashing a powerful chakra beam. The chakra beam, however, has different properties from normal chakra and, unlike the technique which serves as its basis, has no healing effect, quite the contrary. If it hits an enemy living organism, its aggressive nature injures the targeted tissues, creating an effect similar to a severe burn. The cells burst open as if having been hit by a high temperature, reducing themselves to a mushy pulp as the beam travels through them. If undefended, the beam can easily pierce through an enemy in a fast manner. The travelling speed of the beam is akin to that of a similar ranked lightning technique. The down side of the technique is that, when it collides with an elemental technique, it acts as a simple, concentrate chakra beam, capable of overcoming B-Rank defenses and only being negated by A-Rank ones.

I can't allow things to turn out as they did last time.

Mystogan formed a few handseals to draw moisture from the air high up above, generating storm clouds to cause rain to fall. He didn't care much for the properties of the rain, he simply needed a downpour to further his assault. His guard was never to be down against a man such as this.

Description: A perception ninjutsu, allowing one to freely manipulate rain infused with the user's own chakra after waving the Bird → Rat → Ox → Monkey → Rat → Snake hand seals. The rain falls from rain clouds, formed with the users own chakra. During this technique, the falling raindrops are closely linked to the users senses. When the rain is obstructed by a chakra belonging to someone the existence of the target can be detected. The rain will keep on falling until the user uses the seal to cancel it.
