I start running towards you with a Lighter in my hand, I run towards the right and click my lighter, causing a fireball to arch around and hit you on your right side as I close in (Short range) on your left

Description: After the user performs the needed handseals, the user will take out a lighter and channel his/her fire chakra into the lighter and then using the sparks of the lighter can manipulate the spark to convert to a giant flame like a powerful flamethrower.
Note:Each time the user spews a flame, a turn is used (1 flame = 1 turn. 3 flames = 3 turns). There is a pause between each flames allowing the opponent to react. If 3 flames are shot, each count as B-rank techniques, otherwise it's still A-rank.
Note:Can only be used 3 times in total.

Description: Long ago, when Natsu was young and Igneel found him, Igneel gave this special scalf to Natsu. At the time Natsu didn't understand why, but now it's all he has left of his "Father". This scarf has several Kanji seals and formulas said to have been written by a Fire Dragon. Although the full extent of the scarfs power is still unknown, it has been shown that fire techniques used by someone wearing the scarf are slightly more powerful, bigger and faster. The scarf passively feeds on the users chakra to create an aura of fire chakra around him that reduces incoming fire by one rank. The users fire jutsu increase in size and gain +10 damage. Not only this, but the Scalf gives Natsu the determination to fight so that he can meet Igneel again and make him proud, much like Jiraiyas determination. This will increase his will power and will be able to continue to fight even while in pain, such as losing an arm. Natsu always wears this scalf.
Note: The aura reduces only the damage of Katon techniques, not elemental combinations with fire or fire related CE's or KG.

With his scalf comes the resistance to fire meaning that all your fire jutsu lose rank of power against Natsu. Not only this, but if you read my bio, you'd know he is naturally more resistant to fire anyway. So anyway, your fire ball is B rank now coming at me. As it is, Natsu wraps his left arm in fire using:

Wrapping my arm in fire. This is bigger and stronger than a normal B rank thanks to my scalf. With this i swing my arm out to the side hitting your fire ball away as i do so.

As I get near enough to you, I thrust my right arm forward hitting you on your left side hard while discharging my chakra through you bruising your left side (I hold back a bit so I don't do to much damage)

With my sharingan, i watch your motions as you go to hit my side. As you thrust at my side i create i layer of carbon underneith my jacket where you're about to hit:

I take the carbon out of the air to form this in time. You don't know it's their and the carbon would absorb all the damage. As it does, i use:

Wrapping my right arm in fire this time punching you in the face as my 3 tomoe sharingan turns to my MS. My body can move as fast as my eyes can see and i'm a tai master so, i doubt you'd block this in time or even react. So the flaming fist hits you in the face with an explosive impact sending you flying.
(I just passed my nagato test, so i think this bio is gone now O_O)
