If you wish any other rules to be added, do let me know.

Wisps of smoke curled and danced through the thick air. Mingled with the crackles which spread from the campfire in a perfect harmony. It felt melancholic. It was just after sundown. I stood by thinking of the hustle which was awaiting me tomorrow whilst here and there badgering the logs whence the flames matured. The heat heaved through reaching my skin to warm me. It was frigid. And although I knew it would be cold, it wasn't how I was anticipating. Probably because of the river. After all, a stream wound its way sidewise.

I unleashed my sword hammering it into the ground. A great deal of paper pieces started to arise and spread around me. I knew this was the best way to keep me safe in case something happens. If something was to approuch me, I was sure to be notified.

*Few hours later*

It was a calm night. The burnt odor sweeped through the area. It didn't pass much after the sunrise. It must have been beutiful. Shame I missed it. After all, my view could easily reach abaft the city in front. I gripped the sword settling it in its pad and made my way forward. I glanced back at the campfire before directing my view ahead towards the city. A fedora protected me from the burning sunlight casting a shadow just under my eyes allowing me a perfect vision. Strolling, I left some paper sheets here and there.

Reaching the city I snatched a map from a shop nearby and looked ubiquitously. I knew roughly where I could find you, but that was not absolute. This is aggravating. I wondered on and off about your skills and if you've come to become even stronger. Actually it wasn't much wondering, I was sure you were stronger, but the question of how much came. You were talented. And you knew it. I was glad I could meet you then and I was looking forward to our reunion. Do you know I am coming?...

God damnit. This city is colossal.
I went by looking for you. Even asking around, but keeping myself at distance. After all, I wasn't familiar with the area. I continued on with my stroll.

The fatigue started to catch me. I dropped my view towards the ground not focusing onto what is laying ahead. Almost forgeting reasons to why I was here. *BUMP* The strong colliding noise roared. Jumping off a little bit behind, I could notice a shadow cast down upon the ground. It was recognizable.

Out of all the places? Here?

My view was still locked towards the casting shadow and with right arm I firmly gripped the handle of the sword. I was not at ease. You grew.

I hope you like Kingdom Hearts cause this song will worm its way in your ear pretty soon.

Sitting at the edge of a high cliff I had the privilege of sight seeing what was once a great city--now only dilapidated towers and craters long made--as I did my meditative stuff. My was back leaned on a sword, the Crissaegrim which was rooted firm into the ground behind me to serve as a brace, all while chewing on a blade of grass and humming the above tune to myself.

A bird flies by and circles overhead twice. It was a midday sun so looking up would've hurt. Instead I watched it spiral down until it landed on my knee. I spat the blade of grass that I chewed at it as if to say, "shoo, you >_>" but it stayed there, staring at me expectantly. It was one of my scouting birds and they had spotted someone quite interesting in the area. I realized the note attached to its toothpick's width legs and carefully relieved the thing of its cargo as it fluttered off towards the Broken City.

"Oh? It's been such a long time, Lisabeth," I say upon reading the note. It was always nice to see old friends again, especially when time flew so fast and so much had changed. I wonder if she still uses that paper ninjutsu.

I get up and dust my pants. After retrieving the Crissaegrim I began to trudge down a narrow and winding mountain path that lead from the cliff to the city. Normally this would be child's play for any shinobi, but see, when you sit for too long you sort of forget how to use your own legs. And that's exactly what was happening to me. Tsk, this is going take me some time.

Fast forward like, 3 hours ._.

So during that time I had gotten back my legs, but it had taken too long and now when I finally hopped from the high ledge to catch up to her I was slightly out of breath. Nevertheless I land quite perfectly and drew myself into an upright position fluidly.

That gait, as light as air, and that look. I've found you.

But the figure turns quite cautiously to look at me, it even looks hostile for a bit. I spot the movement of a nervous hand on a weapon. Was she scared of me? Had I maybe become a monster after all this time?

"Out of all places? Here?" she asks. My my, oh how even her voice had changed. She's grown up now!

I put on my friendliest face, though I doubt she'd be able to see it from this distance, "Any place is the perfect place for old friends to meet, Lisabeth." After I said this I walked closer in a slow and deliberate fashion, to show I'm no threat, nor did I have any intention of being so. "Just look at you! Come, come, tell me of all the travels you've had and all the deliciously forbidden techniques you've learned along the way."
