A bolt of lightning illuminated the air, the accompanying thunderclap echoing across the dreary landscape. The lightning caused a brief flicker of light over a shadowed spot, revealing Tobi as he landed on the mountaintop that housed the Uchiha hideout. Unfazed by the falling rain, Tobi began to move forward towards the hideout, removing a scroll from his cloak as he did."Perhaps it's time you stopped lurking about and revealed yourself," Tobi said as he placed the scroll at the door step of the mansion.
