(oh because i forgot to state my elements are katon, fuuton, suiton B ranks max)
Vincent would be stood afar from the opponent his long hair flowing within the smooth, soft breeze of the wind he would gaze on the opponent that stood before he calmly pondered about what abilities this foe could have in the past he thought all manner of folk who abilities was diverse and wide. He planned to keep on the front foot this fight "im the demon they call Vincent... now hoe about some old fashion courtesy before i wipe from this plain of existence" Vincent would then have his eyes fixed on Noelle and swirl into his 3 tomoe pattern then gathering his katon charka would begin to show him what most uchiha was famous for in prowess. Inhaling and expending a massive fireball towards his opponent starting off with one of his strongest combos to try and put the opponent on the defensive early, As the fireball travelled towards Noelle Vincent would start on his next technique he gather his fuuton charka while glancing straight into his opponents eyes he gathered his fuuton into his palms and release loads of large condensed wind snakes which would pummel into the back of his technique adding to the speed and ferciousity of the previous justu hoping that the opponent would fail to counter his starting combo. "ill show you the prowess of an uchiha.."

Vincent would then gather his suiton charka and pool it underneath the opponent to form a pillar of water larger then Noelle to rise and strike the opponent if she was still alive from his previous technique.

Description:
One of the Three Great Dōjutsu (San Daidōjutsu), the Sharingan is the kekkei genkai of the Uchiha clan. Unlike the other Dōjutsu, not all members of the Uchiha Clan possess the Sharingan. This great Dōjutsu seems to awaken only on exceptional Uchiha members and only in times of great stress. Once awaken, the pupil turns red and a single tomoe (巴) seal appears around the center pupil. As the user masters and evolves their eyes, the tomoe (巴) seals increase, topping 3 per eye. The main ability of the Sharingan, like any other Dōjutsu, is to enable the user to see the flow of chakra. This ability is further improved as the Sharingan gives color to chakra, enabling the user to differentiate chakras from different people or from different sources. Although the user can see chakra through matter, he cannot see beyond dense matter or in long distances. Coupled with the ability to see chakra, Sharingan users gain acess to an incredible clarity of perception that enables them to read insanely fast movements or minor details, enabling them the ability to foresee in an easier way, traps, incoming attacks, etc. This clarity of perception is so great that a Sharingan user can sometimes start performing a counter to an attack that is still being performed, enabling the counter to be launched only a split a second after the attack. This clarity of perception leaves Sharingan users able to track high speed movement easily as well as to read through handseals. This last ability enables them to learn techniques much faster and sometimes copy them directly from the enemy, as long as the user has the necessary chakra affinities and requirements to perform it. Finally, the Sharingan is often linked to Genjutsu and mind-manipulating illusions, mostly because the user can, mostly through Eye Contact, directly and precisely use his chakra to manipulate the enemy's chakra flow. In return, the users clarity of perception gives him the ability to more easily decipher visual illusions cast upon him and see past them. The Sharingan has a great cost to the user though. The chakra consumption disables its use for long periods of time and, even when the user grows stronger, it's still hard to keep it active for long periods of time.
Note: The user, if he hasn't gained full mastery over his Sharingan, will need to spend a move to activate it, although as long as he has chakra and enough stamina he'll be able to keep it active until the end of the match. If the user is Sannin Rank or above and has gained his 3 Tomoe Sharingan and held it for one month, he becomes able to passively activate it, meaning he'll no longer spend a move of his 3 per turn.
Note: To avoid direct Eye Contact and be able to focus only on the body movement below the chin, the opponent needs to have mastered Taijutsu to possess the necessary skill

Description: Based on his unique techniques for the Kusunagi sword, Orochimaru found a way to replicate the effect and make it accessible to anyone. This variant can be used either with weaponry or bare handed strikes. By focusing wind chakra in to their weapon or fists the moment before impact the user is able to generate bursts of sharp condensed wind that take the form of large snakes bareing their fangs to strike the opponent, from both the momentum point and the impact point to enhance firstly the speed and secondly the damage. This can be used in conjunction with kenjutsu or taijutsu freeform or ranked attacks. However if used with ranked attacks it will count as a +20 boost to the techniques in question, if used with freeform it will be considered to have 40 damage as a B rank. In both instances the speed of the attack is increased by two ranks in regards to the users speed chart reference. Due to the nature of wind even formerly blunt attacks such as taijutsu strikes will become sharpened thanks to the wind release capable of puncturing through flesh in a similar way to the Chidori strike however less potent due to the lower rank. Requiring considerable force to run someone through entirely.

Note: Requires a two turn cooldown between uses.

Noelle whom had whimsically ventured through a rather unfamiliar part of the country had found herself at odds with a stranger. “Oh my…” she commented, realizing she was actually quite lost. She took a deep breath for a moment, trying to keep her nerves under control – a feat thar was rather easy for a member of the Katsuryouku. However in the distance, she can just make out what appears to be a human? She immediately became aware and locked onto its soul. “Male” she thought from the immediate scan of the soul, but as she approached him – he would introduce himself as a “demon”. The shaman immediately flinched, a demon!? “Heaven on earth, if you are a demon I shall cleanse they soul and sentence you to Irkalla!” she announced but it seems her opponent was insistent on taking the offense. Instead of wasting time; she proceeded into her own formation of tactics. Immediately, she would release some of her chakra into the terrain – allowing a roaming spirit to consume the chakra and become bent to her will. As she did, the spirit would be molded into a giant wall, forming in a sort of semi sphere form in front of Noelle. This allowed the solidified spirit to take the strike for her. As it did, it would convert back to normal as the spirit returned to the Pure Lands.

However the opponent wasn’t finished, no as directly behind Noelle, water would begin to surge. Almost reflexively, light green Algal sludge would erupt from her body. This would take control of the water source, quickly converting it into Algae as she controlled it; sending it flying past her as a wave of the sludge. She didn’t slack behind, as she started to approach the enemy directly with no change in pattern. Just a singular front advance. “Now lets free you from that mortal body!” she announced, full of intent.

(Shojun no Hel) Δ Hel's Alignment

Description: Shojun no Hel is perhaps the most essential technique throughout the House's epitome of techniques. The jutsu is based on the use of the generic Genki which whom traverse between the Pure and Impure Realms, a.k.a into our 'dimension' per say. Through the convinction of the user, and a sacrifical portion of chakra, depending on the strength of the Genki, and the Rank within the House of the user, they will forcefully be able to persuade the Genki to do their bidding. Now this can be used in a various amount of ways, essentially by bending the savage spirit in it's else deformed mass of ethereal spiritual energy, the user is capable of forming 'constructs' of ethereal energy throughout the field through hand motions or else body movements. These constructs carries a certain colour of Kūki no Yōna depending on the user, upon materilizing in the desired area of the user's choice. Ontop of that, the contructs are either flame-like or solid in the appearence, thus adding for verstality. Once the sacrfice have been made the user can freely without further payment manipulate the Genki, with the only cost being spending a move. Being hit by a Genki will either do nothing (if the spirit decides to not take a tangible form), or produce kinetic, physical damage (if he takes physical form). In this case, the Genki still has the ability to select which matter he will interact with, though that is not true for energies, as per the clan description.
Note: This technique can only manipulate one genki at a time.

(Sōruiton Mede~Yūsa) – Algae Release Medusa

Description: This technique allows the user to produce an algal bloom within a desired water source. During the algal bloom the algae will proliferate across the targeted water source at a rapid rate and can be made to either metabolize it, converting it entirely into an algae structure, or infest it, in which case the water source will largely remain intact, but will be infested with algae to such an extent that it will be non-manipulable to those unable to use algae release. (The user, however, will be capable of manipulating the new water source through either algae techniques or water jutsu). The user can then control the product of Medusa through use of hand movements for either offensive or defensive purposes. This technique is applicable to S rank and below water sources, and is efficient enough to convert immense sources of water such as those produced by ‘Great Exploding Colliding Wave’ in moments, furthermore, Medusa will possess and exhibit any special properties or effects that the metabolised water had, now tailored towards the users benefit and the enemies deficit.
- Can only be used four times.
- Is also effective against water-based liquids, or earth based semi-liquids (such as mud), and aggregate sources of liquid.
- Sustaining the technique for manipulation drains 10 chakra per turn and limits the user to Algae techniques and elements it's composed of.

Vincent seen the girl and immediately noticed that she was weird almost like she was robotic or some sorts or perhaps she seen herself as some devoted servant to some mad fanatic cult who knows? but Vincent knew he had to bring her down. seems she had the idea about him aswell thinking that he would almost defiantly land a hit the foe produced some mad apparition though it was defiantly real as it form a wall to block his attack and then when the wall dispersed noticed a change in her charka flow indicating she was gonna defend his water. As he waited she surprised him with another strange justu that he hadn't seen before. "hmm clearly this girl is different from others" as now his technique be sent back and changed to this sludgy substance.
Not taking chances Vincent would begin to merge with the ground, travelling fast straight to the left of his previous position emerging still 10 meters away from Noelle and dodging her technique completely he didn't see what charka she molded to try and decipherer her justu her would watch Noelle carefully as he quickly remerged to see if he could crack what elements her justu were.

Being that he couldn't mold charka while emerged if Noelle spotted him remerging he would be on the defensive again he gathered his fuuton charka quickly and formed a demon like claw to further try and keep the illusion that he was a demon to his foe as he could hope her emotions would get the better of her and make a mistake. "You are very interesting im going to have fun to see what makes you tick.... your justu i havent seen before" Vincent would utter after his launched his attack with his right arm aiming to strike Noelle in her torso. Quickly following up Vincent would gather his suiton charka and produce a think yet very fast jet of water expelled from his mouth that travels across the ground cutting through as it travelled at Noelle aiming to cut Noelle straight through her legs crippling and her from running.

(Hiru Banshō: Bōka no Jutsu) - Leech All Creation: Attack Prevention Technique

Description: Using this jutsu, the user can merge with another passive object and take on its properties to avoid any damage. While merged, the user is virtually undetected unless the enemy has a doujutsu. Even chakra sensors won't be able to pinpoint the users position. The limitation of the technique is that to use a technique and mold chakra, the user must fully unmerge although doing so doesn't produce any sound and the user can only be sensed once fully unmerged. The user is still aware of the world outside the object and can travel inside it at his normal running speed. The technique was used so far by 3 ninjas (Yamato, Orochimaru and Uchiha Madara) but as an advanced ninjutsu, it can be used by any skilled enough ninja.
Note: the user must be Sannin Rank and above
Note: Orochimaru and Yamato can use it 5 times per battle, Uchiha Madara can use it 3 times, other ninjas can use it twice.

It used chakra to infused with and condense a mass amount of wind to form a massive demonic-like claw extending from the user's dominant hand to strike and grab a target, as well as deflect any weapon or attack. In addition to making it a deadly short to mid-range weapon, the extending claw also carries tremendous force that can devastate anything in its path without affecting the user, making it useful for dislodging solid and heavy objects.

Despite sending the wave of algae towards the opponent; Noelle was capable of immediately sensing the removal of the person’s soul from play. It became undetectable for a short period of time; perplexing the shaman. “What just…” she wondered but instead of panic – she would release her chakra once more int the pure land. The spirits would once more heed to her desire, as she bends one near her to accommodate her will. Immediately; the spirit would have merged with her fully, performing a full body possession which allowed her to unlock an array of new abilities as she activated her Precogitation skill. This allowed her to see a glimpse into the future, watching Vincent’s actions played out in real time before they actually happened. Turning into the direction Vincent would have resurfaced from; she would quickly tap into the Rukh that flourished in the surrounding area. It would heed to her desires as well, transforming into a giant aquatic like parrot, that immediately dove into the wind-based hand that opponent created. As it does, she would have also passively called for parrot wings to be reversed summon from Altorio from a Capoeira Lovebird. It allowed her to take flight, as she mentally communicated with the parrot to gain lift and headed into the direction of the opponent as he dealt with the rukh formed parrot.

(Búri no Yuigon) Δ Testament of Búri

Description: Búri no Yugion is technique which is based on the feat of Possession, be it partial or fullbody infusions. The overall infusion process involves the Genki inhabiting the same vessel as the user, wethever or it be fullbody nor only partial. Upon entering the body of a living shell, the Genki would cause a constant chakra spikes throughout the user's system for a turn. This is to create complete unity within the two parties, clearing the user of any foreign chakra-based influx in their system, despite rank and power. Normally this would cause the inability to mold chakra after the emergence and for the rest of the turn. However upon reaching a certain height of mastery within the art(Katsuryoku Pledged and above) one completely nullify said side-effect. This goes for both infusions.
Partial B-ranked| Partial infusion is not the spirit taking over the body of the user but lending their powers to him/her to be used in battle which is mainly a supplementary use. Supplementary uses include a variety of things however, for a partial infusion only one can be used at a time, while with a fullbody infusion all will be available. These abilities are more accurately defined below and both runs passively upon infusion.
Precognition, which literally means acquiring knowledge. Now this is done by other means, than studying a book or listening to a presentation. While by normal means an organisim can only extract information from past to present, precognition does the same, however from the time, that has yet to come. While under the effects given by the Genki, the vessel is enabled to see into the future. In other words, the vessel is giving himself the capability to view all possibly outcomes, and the ability to change the to-be happenings, with another act than the one told in the vision. Lasts one turn, and can only be used 3 times during partial infusions. Can be used 5 times during fullbody infusions.
Aura Sensing, is the ability to view a person (Be it within range of the user's vision or not), however not only their exterior but their interior as well. People oft carry a demeanor around their entity, which becomes visible upon use of this supplementary ability. This interior exudes from the owner which is clad around their entity as a transparent shroud. Depending on the colour, size and aggressiveness in the shroud, the user is able to determine their emotions, such as love, anxiety, excitement, hate, stress, dizzyness, etc. and thereby oft their actions as well. Lasts untill deactivated.
Fullbody A-ranked| This infusion, is where the spirit and host shares one mind. A perfect unity. However, spirits are, if their host is unconscious, able to maintain themselves in control of the shell(The user) and fight in their stead by forcefully manipulating it’s movements accordingly to it’s will, even if its gravely wounded. When completely fused, the user and spirit share their complete memory and knowledge with each other. While fused, genjutsu(besides doujutsu genjutsu) are ineffective against the user.
While under the influence of Testament of Búri, the user gains abilities (Much as Jorth's Personification) that corresponds to their spirit. Both infusions are both with a certain risk. Extended usages may cause the user to become exhausted, and or run low on chakra, as the spirits will be sheltering within the host’s body, and feed on the energies, be it foreign or not.
Both infusion of course carry limitations in their uses, however depends and varies from rank to rank within the art of the House. An outline, and usage for the generic spirits roaming the fields;
Partial uses per battle: Katsuryoku Apprentice (1) Katsuryoku Initiate (2), Katsuryoku Pledged (3), Katsuryoku Elder (4), Katsuryoku Voice (5).
Fullbody per battle duration: Katsuryoku Initiate (1), Katsuryoku Pledged (2), Katsuryoku Elder (4), Katsuryoku Voice (5). Can only be used twice per battle.
These of course also counts for submitted techniques, unless it specifically is bounded by other restrictions given in submission in question.
Dorīmukonbājon Dream Conversion

Description: Dream Conversion is one of the most used techniques in both offensive and even defensive ways. By utilizing the rukh in the area and/or from their body they will create a technique that can be used against their opponent. The user is able to manipulate and constrict the rukh in such way where it can take on shapes of animals the size of manda, physical constructs as big as mountain smash, or even energy techniques the size of majestic annihilation.. Due to the structure and color of rukh taking the colors of black and light colors, the user is able to fool their opponents into thinking its elements such as regular lightning, black lightning, or even black fire (amateratsu). The unique thing about this technique is that, the user (If they have access to the base elements) can add elemental chakra inside said technique giving it affects of the element. Fire like rukh would have a burning affect, lightning will have an electrocuting affect, water will have a wet affect, and earth would have a blunt/impale affect. The only thing that is not able to be created or mimicked is wind techniques. If the user dont want to add elemental affects, it does simple damage depending on the description of the technique.
Note: A and S rank can be used a max of 5 times collectively with one turn cool down

(Yajuu no Kata: Tsukuribanashi ) Way of the Wild: The Lion's Distributions of War (Passive)

Description: This technique is supplementary application of the style in order to support the caster through diferent environmental conditions. The user is capable of swapping a specific limb or organ for that of an animal and use that change to face harsh conditions in the environment and better fight their opponent or traverse the land. For exampe, in order to breathe underwater, the user can swap their mouth for a waterbreathing animal's mouth, to have their summon breathe for them, or even swap the mouth for a non-breathing organ, so that the user reverses his own breathing system onto the non-toxic/underwater sanctuary of their chosen animal, and is able to still go through the harsh environment in the world/battle. Other changes can also entail swaping one of their eyes for a night vision summon's eye, or swap their eyelids for a transparent brille from reptilian animals to help cover the eyes from debris, or change the back shoulders with wings to achieve flight. This is considered a passive aplication, though chakra costly, as it can remain active even as the user performs other techniques. These limbs can only achieve supplentary usages, lest they will break the technique, though they can be used to attack with proper techniques added onto this one, like summoning more powerfull teeth to bite down food, but can't use this technique alone in a battle for freeform damage, requiring the user to perform a second technique that entails a bite/chomp in order to do so, for example.

Note: Lasts until broken or the user runs out of chakra.
( Oumu Kuchyiose no Jutsu: Shin'ei no Oumu ) Parrot Summoning Technique: Capoeira Lovebirds (Reference)

Description: The Parrot Contract allows the user to summon a variety of different parrots. The Capoeira Lovebirds are part of the Lovebird Clan, parrots with sharp and long fingers, small bodies and a plumage with a multitude of bright colors, but have a very unique skill. The Lovebirds are known as some of the smallest birds in the contract, as Capoeira Lovebirds are no different, their sizes being 1/4th of average Altorio Parrot Size Standard, as described in the contract. But through their inherited skill, they are able to engorge their body and feathers and reach sizes of up to 2 and 3 times bigger than Standard. This change is nearly instant, and can be called upon without any handseal or chakra cost once per turn, to either engorge or revert to the normal size. Parrot Techniques used by the Capoeira Lovebirds pertain to their current size. With one handseal, they are able to retain their size and merely increase or decrease the size of their parrot techniques. When they're in battle, the human summoner is able to do the same with his/her own parrot techniques, but, in this case, it counts as a turn. The size differences are described in the techniques, this does not give an extra damage boost. The Capoeira Lovebirds compose the Macaw Royal Guard, and work directly with the Altorio Royalty to keep the order. They are usually summoned with medieval armor and weaponry.
Capoeira Lovebirds enjoy dancing and playing percussion instruments.

Vincent would see his foe counter his technique; This woman had some strange capability's that he needed to break down and figure the best method of attack. Now what appeared to be a parrot Vincent knew he would need to level the odds While his opponent was flying. Vincent would gather his charka and summon Gamahiro above the parrot that was still a distance away from Vincent while looking Noelle tracking her movements in the sky. Gamahiro would land above and smash into the parrot with a downwards kick changing its trajectory plummeting back to the ground, landing onto the battlefield just 5 meters from Vincent.

Looking Noelle into her eyes as she flew, Vincent would now start the next phase of his attack while Gamahiro would pull one of his katana's and slash the parrot (im assuming its still there from Gamahiro smashing it) and slash horiztioaly slashing the parrot causing it to disperse. Vincent at the same time would induce Noelle into a genjustu were hey will see a shadowy figure appear in front of them bearing the Sharingan and then, the figure will grow to an enormous size over shadowing the Leaving Noelle in pitch black darkness, this would cause Noelle to be paralysed for a time and descend quickly back to the floor (didnt know if you could use your wings while in a genjustu).

Vincent would quickly try and seize the initive of the battle while Noelle was under his genjustu, Vincent would gather his katon charka and spewing superheated ash from his mouth cover the area that Noelle would fall into surrondimg her using his visual prowess so he would ignite the technique just as Noelle was in the middle. He would do this by simply clicking his teeth. "Time to end the games but your interesting to say the least but i have more important matters to attend to"

Description: The user will cast a Genjutsu upon the target in which they will see a shadowy figure appear in front of them bearing the Sharingan and then, the figure will grow to an enormous size over shadowing the target in pitch-black darkness. The figure will then grab hold of the target and then will cover them in black threads, leaving them paralyzed for a period of time.
Note: Must have 3 Tomoe Sharingan to use and paralyzing effects last 1 turn.
