Ay: Orochimaru! Heinous villain, today is the day of your reckoning. Konoha obviously doesn't deal with their criminals so I will have to balance the ninja world out with my superior might!

Clenching his fist the Raikage prepared to destroy the snake man as he stared into his eyes.

As Orochimaru's opponent, Ay, comes crashing down, he whips his tongue around and lashes around
Ahh... Raikage-sssamaaa
As the final vowel leaves his mouth, a torrent of snakes is expelled that rushes forward towards to LightningShadow, cutting off their view of eachother. The widespread wave covers Orochimaru and not hesitating, he slams his hand on the ground, summoning water above his opponent that should cover the rest of the solid ground he is standing on.

Description: The user will slam their hands against then ground allowing him/her to summon a massive amount of water from the sky, crushing it into the opponent. If needed, the user can cancel the technique in an instant.
Note: The water needs to be summoned at least 10 meters above the opponent to have any real effect.

Sorry for the delay, couldn't stay connected to the laptop last couple of days.

The Raikage sees the foul mutant snake man begin vomiting a constant stream of snakes. Obviously trying to limit his speed or push him into the water around them. As the snakes spewed forth and his line of sight on Orochimaru was broken the Raikage intended to end the criminal now before he could escape again and lit up with a constant stream of lightning chakra flowing forth from his body, enhancing his physical and mental prowess to the extremes. The same second the kage becomes coated in his signature armor he uses his long since mastered Flicker Movement technique to traverse the battlefield in seconds at most, running around the left side of the wave of snakes before it completely spread out over the land part of the field, striding over the stream between the two without a problem (normal ninja can leap a long distance, super speed/strength ones even more so) before arriving behind his enemy and cutting his head off with a simple backhanded chop with his left arm, cutting Orochimaru's head off as easily as if he were attacking a paper doll.


(Raiton no Yori) - Lightning Release Armour

Description: The user will wrap themselves with lightning chakra, which then electrically stimulates their nerves system and speed up their neural synapes to react faster to danger and push away any physical prowess to the absolute limit, allowing him to gain tremendous raw speed and monstrous strength. This armour, combined with Taijutsu allows the user to utilize a special style of Nintaijutsu which combines Lightning and Taijutsu. While the technique is active, the user is immune to Lightning techniques A-Rank and below but doesn't have any additional defensive bonus. Despite the large quantity of chakra it releases and uses up, the armor doesn't damage enemies who touch it, leaving the user able to interact with those around, allies or enemies as well as tools, weapons, etc.
Note: Technique lasts for 4 turns
Note: Can only be used by 3rd Raikage or 4th Raikage bios.

Description:
Using the amazing abilities of the Lightning Armor technique, both the 3rd and 4th Raikages are able to move at insanely high speeds to dodge or evade incoming attacks, even those that would normally be unavoidable such as Amaterasu. This fast movement can also be used in conjunction with a Taijutsu move, including their own signature Lightning based Nintaijutsu moves, to use the momentum one can gather and add even more damage if the move allows it. The technique also alows the user to move in more elaborate patterns that one would think, although following a more or less linear path. The only weakness of this technique is that, since its purely fast and enhanced movement, you cannot use it in all battle grounds but only those that would otherwise enable its use. Not only that but although the user moves fast, he is still trackable by high Doujutsu users (3T, Byakugan and Rinnegan), Sensors and EIG Masters. This doesn't mean the opponent can react (that depends on his speed, mastery of taijutsu and techniques used) but rather that he can perceive the attack.
Note: This version can only be used by 3rd and 4th Raikage bios, while having the Lightning Armor active and only once per turn.

(Raigyaku Suihei) - Lightning Oppression Horizontal
