We continuing from our last offical encounter where i gave you the scroll to talk about teh ting you can start it off

Keji with his byakugan was head back to Ame from a mission when he saw a building. Curious as to what/who was inside he scanned it from a distance and notice the chakra of the young lad he had thought to be dead. Annoyed that he had unfinished business Keji quickly wove some hand seals causing rain clouds to form and rain to pour down. He then begins drawing on a scroll as he walks towards the bar.

Description:
One of the Three Great Dōjutsu (San Daidōjutsu), the Byakugan is the dōjutsu kekkei genkai of the Hyūga and Ōtsutsuki clans, inherited from Kaguya Ōtsutsuki. Bearers of this Dõjutsu have almost featureless white eyes. When the Byakugan is activated, the user's pupils become more distinct, and the veins near their temples bulge as the blood flow to their eyes is increased. While having the Byakugan deactivated, shinobi with have a normal eyesight and no special addition to their vision. While low rank Hyugas will need to perform a sequence of hand seals ( Horse → Tiger with lifting just index fingers → Boar with nearly straightened fingers → Hare → Rat → Dog → Horse → Dog → Hare → Rat → Boar with nearly straightened fingers → Snake with the right index finger lifted straight up) to activate their Byakugan, Hyuga masters and Otsutsuki clan members will be able to do so without the need for any hand seals and even have it active passively for long periods of time. Once activated, the user gains access to all of the abilities the Byakugan bestows upon them. While, like other Dojutsu, its main ability is to see chakra and the chakra flow in sentient beings, the Byakugan adds a complete new detail and dimension to that ability. Not only can they see chakra flow, but also the circulatory system and even the 361 tenketsu (even of their own). Added to this ability, once activated the Byakugan grants the user a near perfect field of vision 360º around himself (up to long-range if they're a master). This field of vision has only one blind spot; slightly above the 3rd thoracic vertebrae and facing backwards. The last ability the Byakugan has is the ability to zoom in and out, focusing on specific things, piercing beyond matter and energy alike. This specific ability allows the user to see pass most barriers as well as physical matter (like rock walls, ground, etc) but also energy, being able to focus beyond chakra that might be in front of them or other energies. The zooming ability is enhanced as the user becomes more adept at using his eyes and can even reach distances above 20kms away.
Note: For Hyugas, activation spends a move from the users own move count but once the user reaches Sannin Rank and has gained mastery over Gentle Fist for 1 month, he can activate it passively without spending a move. Because of its low chakra cost to maintain, the user can keep it active throughout the whole fight as long as he has chakra and stamina to do so.
Note: Genjutsu that requires Eye Contact when used against a Byakugan user requires direct eye contact between enemy pupil and user's pupil
Note: Hyugas must be activated to use Gentle Fist (Jyuken)
Note: Its tracking abilities are equal to that of 3 Tomoe Sharingan.
Note: Only Hyugas possess the ability to utilize Jyuken, However, all Otsutsuki clan members possess the ability of passive activation.

Description: A perception ninjutsu, allowing one to freely manipulate rain infused with the user's own chakra after waving the Bird → Rat → Ox → Monkey → Rat → Snake hand seals. The rain falls from rain clouds, formed with the users own chakra. During this technique, the falling raindrops are closely linked to the users senses. When the rain is obstructed by a chakra belonging to someone the existence of the target can be detected. The rain will keep on falling until the user uses the seal to cancel it.

Now entering the bar Keji weaves 5 hand seals and stops at the door mid-range from the man. He then slams the scroll onto the ground causing the earth to tremble as it reshapes destroying the building whilst separating the innocents from Keji and his target. You should be dead...

Descripton: The user will bite his thumb and perform the Boar → Monkey → Bird → Monkey → Ram hand seals, slamming their hand into a scroll on the ground. This technique is a combination of the Summoning Technique and an Earth Release technique. The user summons a large amount of rock from a giant canyon which, during the process of being summoned through this technique, he shapes into a design he outlined previously in a scroll. This allows the user to change the topography of the map and create any earthen feature he needs from pillars to gorges, canyons, mountains or simply plains. If the user wants to or is defeated, the alteration ends as any summon eventually does. Additionally he can use (Doton: Dimenshon Fuudo Shihai) - Earth Release: Dimension Topography Control at any point to change the design and alter the summoned terrain.

Zero was wiping the counter when he saw keji walk into the bar befire destroying it.
Well that was a warm welcome my expensive polished mahogany bar in shambles you gonna have to pay for that you know either with money or your life i dont care which

Zero was annoyed his bar that he worked so hard on in shambles and his patrons terrified he was a idiot to attack him here by the golden woods of the elves and in his bar of all places. He quickly drew his katana covering it with raiton before rushing the man.

As his target approaches, Keji waits till the last second to expel chakra from all of his tenketsu and rotate launching his opponent back into mid-range whilst destroying the remainder of the bar around him.

The moment his opponent repelled Keji would release his rotation and channel chakra into his right hand forming a dagger of rain which he would then throw at the man in hopes to pierce his heart.

Description: A simple jutsu that gathers the rain with chakra and then forms it into a dagger-like weapon. The chakra gives the water a more solid form so that it can be used for attacks. The water returns to normal shortly after creation. When the dagger cuts into something the water from the dagger expands within the cut to increase the damage.

After zero was knocked back he both saw and sensed nearby rain condense into a small sized dagger as keji threw it zero perform a serious of several handseals in the blink of a eye befire relasing a extremly wide and powerful stream of fire that evaporates the dagger and vontinues on to burn keji. Zero whould then send doton chakra through the floor after performing two handseals cuasing the earth to spiral enwards inpaling keji and killing him.

Description: A technique where chakra kneaded inside the body is converted into fire, and then expelled from the mouth in a massive stream of intense flames, after doing the Rat → Ox → Dog → Horse → Monkey → Boar → Tiger hand seals. The technique has an enourmous range and can cover a huge area. When it was used by Madara Uchiha, the massive scale of the technique was such that, in comparisson, his incomplete Susanoo seemed small. The main advantage of the technique is that it can be used to burn large areas in an effect in everything similar to a flamethrower.

Description: After performing the required hand seals Boar → Ox → placing hand on the ground, the user causes the ground surrounding the enemy to spiral inwards on itself, burying them alive or crushing them in a mayhem of jagged rocks. This technique is capable of causing quite a bit of damage to a large area. This technique is much more damaging if used in rocky mountainous areas, or inside a cave.

As his dagger flew towards its target Keji saw the man amass a large amount of chakra in his lungs then exhale a stream of fire. He responded in kind by exhaling a large amount of water in front of him forming a wall. When the fire clashed with the water it would begin producing a steam mist limiting the vision on the battlefield.

Description: A defensive technique where chakra kneaded inside the body is converted into water, and then expelled from the mouth in a dense torrent, effectively creating a near instantaneous barricade that can be used to intercept incoming attacks.

The moment his opponent released the fire jutsu Keji convert the water coming from his mouth into senbon aimed at the mans vitals.

Description: A technique in which chakra is kneaded in the user's body, transformed into water and then shaped into senbon in the mouth before finally being expelled at a high velocity. The needles are shot in an attempt to catch the enemy off guard, while also aiming at their vitals.

Once the senbon are released Keji beings moving towards his opponents left side whilst using the mist as cover and maintaining his distance. As he does so Keji grabs six shuriken from his pockets and throws them at his target whilst channeling chakra into his target's clothing causing it to retain any water that touches it. This would cause the clothing to weigh more and more as the turns go by slowing the man down.

Description: A jutsu that actually uses the victim's clothing as a medium to effect him or her. By filling the clothing with water-elemental chakra the user causes the clothing to fully retain all water it comes in contact with which will gradually cause the clothing to become heavier and heavier. Unfortunately, this jutsu that does not create water, so it is only useful in a rainy or otherwise wet environment

Well since you did the water jutsu to counter my fire the senbon happen after my jutsus over cant do two jutsu in the span of one of mine z.z

After the fire jutsu zero was greeted by mist his elven eyes quickly adjusted to where he could vaguely see what was going on. He then sensed a large amount of senbon heading towards him. Zero whould in response place his left hand on the ground turning it into a large wall and then his right hand at the same time forming two great earthen walls to block the attack. Right after zero sensed several shuriken coming he grabbed his katana from the floor and skillfully deflected them. Just after he felt and saw the water around him sticking to his clothing he threw off his top and jumped out of his outer pants leaving him in only shorts and a undershirt.
you know i whould offer yo talk things out over a cup of sake but you kinda destroyed my bar so yeah z.z

Description: After striking the ground with their hands, the user manipulates the ground in front of him to form a slab that tilts upwards, up to 90º, creating a wall of earth that can defend from incoming frontal attacks. In addition, the user can also create 2 slabs that will rise and tilt to the sides in front of him, as if "opening up" the ground. This can be done to create a clear path if anything hazardous is above the ground in that specific area.

As the man spoke Keji caused the rain to bounce high into the sky freezing and falling down(like hail) as razor sharp blades. I'll pass... said Keji as the hail began to fall whilst weaving a single seal causing for pillars to erupt around his targets cardinal directions incjes from his body and begin to electrocute him.

Once they rise, they unleash a barrage of lightning bolts, currents and shocks to whatever is inside, paralyzing, shocking and damaging the target from all around.
