Interesting choice. It's a shame my Hawkin's bio isn't approved yet. That could of been a fun match up.

Kakuzu had found the man in the wanted poster, with quite the sum put on his head, the reward for his head would do nicely. Though with such a high bounty, the man wouldn't be a push over, otherwise anyone would have captured him. Kakuzu would have to be cautious with this one. To do this he would start causing two of his masks to jump out from his back, one going to his right, one to his left. The one on his right was his lightning heart. The one on his left was his water heart. They are one meter back from Kakuzu.

As Kakuzu's skin is still stitched to keep his humanoid form when not used, he can take advantage of this technique to propel his hands or limbs at great distances and grab a target. Its also this technique that allows Kakuzu to detach his masks from his own body to form the "animals" which he uses in combat.

With his set up, it was time to try and hit the man with a combination. At the same time that acted in unison. The lightning mask would slam it's hands on the ground, releasing lightning through it, aiming to shock the man from the ground.

As the man approached him and took his stance, Luffy would watch as his body began moving, something seemed to be going on inside, noticing this, Luffy would passively activate his Byakugan to get a better look. It seemed his body was made up of some weird thread, and he had several hearts in his body. "Ooooh, what a weird creature. Luffy thought to himself briefly, but it seemed the man was here to take his head so he had to ignore how awesome the guy was for now.

With Kakuzu channeling chakra within his body and preparing to release his masks, Luffy would channel his own chakra within his body, Lightning to be exact. As the masks thread began exiting his body, Luffy would release his chakra around his body, forming a vortex of lightning around him that would shaped into a dragon's head. Immediately, it would shoot forward toward the man, moving swiftly across the field as it aimed to smash into him.

And when activated, the pupils become more distinct and the veins near their temples bulge. To activate the dōjutsu, Hyuga but not Ōtsutsuki clan members are initially obliged to use a rather long and specific sequence of handseals: Horse → Tiger → Boar → Hare → Rat → Dog → Horse → Dog → Hare → Rat → Boar → Snake. But once activated, the dōjutsu user is endowed with a range of skills.

To start, an activated Byakugan gives the user a near 360º diameter field of vision bar one blind spot at the back of the neck, above the first thoracic vertebra. Its vision can penetrate through any solid objects or obstructions, and likewise remains unaffected by blinding interferences. But that being said, certain barriers and the like may distort its perception. In addition, it is able to follow high-speed movements, which enables those with this dōjutsu to analyze their foes' actions and better react to them. The Byakugan is also able to see chakra to a higher degree than the Sharingan and ergo, identify where a person's chakra signature originates from. Beyond that, it can discern certain types of clones from the real person. And its ability to see chakra is in fact so acute that those who possess this dōjutsu are even able to see the chakra pathway system and the 361 tenketsu that comprise it. The Hyūga clan has gone so far as to develop their unique Gentle Fist style in order to capitalize on this particular ability.

Kakuzu released his hearts from his body aiming to gain the advantage, preparing to hit the man with a combination attack, though before he could, lightning formed around the man in the form of a vortex before taking on a dragon head shooting towards Kakuzu's position. His opponent was trying to force him into defending. That wouldn't be the case though.

His lightning mask would open it's mouth, facing the on coming dragon, and releasing an orb of lightning from it's mouth directly at the dragon to hit it and negate it in the process. The two blasts of lightning clashing were made to cause the distraction, allowing for kakuzu and his other heart to take advantage:

With the clash being the distraction, Kakuzu and his water mask would work in tandem to go on the assault. Kakuzu himself would use his earth affinity to make a single gesture to cause the ground around his opponent to spiral inwards, as the lightning attacks clashed, dragging his opponent into the earth crushing him:

Luffy would pay careful attention as the creature released lightning of it's own towards his, but he couldn't focus on that, there was a lot going on simultaneously. His opponent had channeled chakra into the earth below him as well as above him. Reacting swiftly as the earth around him started shaking and began spiraling in on itself, he'd expel a golem from his mouth that would act to stop it as well as act as footing for him, he'd have it created hunched over so he could kick off it and move to his right, in doing so he'd avoid the water as well, which was falling from above him. Whilst moving to his right, he'd twist his body to the left slightly so he could also watch his golem. As he did this, he'd channel wind chakra into his fingers and create a blade of wind that was aimed at the creature that released the lightning.

Just being in close proximity to the technique can cause minor cuts. The wind blades can be created and thrown, like projectiles, in rapid succession, although in this case, each one weaker than the single use application. The technique cannot be blocked by physical weapons and is insanely fast by not relying on the use of Hand seals but, because it still requires the user to perform hand gestures to use and is somewhat visible in the effect it produces, it can still be defended against by using appropriate evasion techniques or fast elemental ninjutsu.

Kakuzu watched as the large creature was released from the man's mouth, giving him a footing as the ground spun inwards. What an interesting counter. As strong foe with the mind to match it would seem. But not smart enough. He thought dodging would help him. Not this time. The water mask takes control of the water that was being dropped turning it into a giant wolf that is launched towards the man mid air aiming to grab him in it's jaws:

Using the gesture of clapping his hands together, Kakuzu caused the earth to rise up in front of him on either side at a rapid pace, that would crash together forming a mountain, crushing the young guy within:

This is one the most strongest Earth based techniques, standing as a testament to both this ability's destructive potential and its difficulty. However, because of its size and power, it can only be used a limited amount of times, requires much chakra and can only be used at least mid range from the user.

While this was happening, through mental commands alone, Luffy would manipulate the chains wrapped around his body to cut the straps on his leg weights, allowing him to move swiftly to his right and forward as soon as he destroyed the earth, avoiding the lightning from above. Tch, that again.

Kakuzu struck with his strongest attack while his lightning mask shot lightning from above thinking they had the man trapped. But it was no use. There was a giant blast of lightning, the mountain smash shattered and the opponent was gone. Kakuzu couldn't see him, no matter where he looked. It was only after a few moments, when the rocks finished falling and the dust settled Kakuzu could see him. His opponent, all the way on the left side. How had he moved at such a speed that Kakuzu couldn't even keep track? This was just too much. He had to end this now. If the man could survive his strongest attack, Kakuzu was in trouble.

His lightning mask would create 16 giant pillars to rise up around the man, which would then shoot a mass of lightning out to bind him, stunning him in the process:

He'd weave the necessary handseals as he gathered his chakra within his body before releasing it in an omnidirectional blast of breakdown. It would cover the entire battlefield, blasting through the man's jutsu's that were heading towards him and trying to block him of before heading towards the man and his creatures as well. He'd stop in his tracks and perform a swift kick, shaping the air currents created into a dragon that would aim to smash into the man, all the while keeping his eyes on Kakuzu.

Description: This is an ultimate taijutsu technique created by the legendary taijutsu master Chen. It appears to be initiated by an upward spin kick at which point it quickly becomes like tornado. Forming into a dragon with long whiskers, it attacks the target aiming to swallow them, at which point they are cut by the razor sharp air currents inside the attack. After initiating the attack, the user appears to remain shielded within the base of the tornado as the outward surface of the dragon seems to be solid enough for a person to impact and rebound off of, making the only way to enter the technique once it has been initiated is by being swallowed. However, there is one distinct weakness to the technique. Since the Dragon God's real form (and what it basically is) is that of an ordinary tornado, though cosmetically shaped into a dragon, its attack power is based on rotation. If one enters the attack's centre (Dragon's Eye) while rotating at high speed, such as Lee's One-Man Front Lotus, it can be dispersed without inflicting damage. The technique, while seemingly similar to Wind Release, is actually just the users own physical power (through the use of the spinning kick) shaping the air into currents through movement. It is, however, enough to fight off elemental ninjutsu of the same rank and below.

If I understand damage interactions right, I can't actually counter that much damage. At most my earth is 100 damage, which would only weaken yours to 100 damage. That would destroy the masks outside of my body, as they only have 80 health, and then I only have 140. I'd get hit, take 100 damage and be super slow too it seems from your jutsu. So i'll do the only thing i can do!!!

Kakuzu watched as the intense blast of what looked like fire washed over the battle field, completely destroying his combination of attacks with ease. It was too strong there was nothing he could do. The blast smashed against kakuzu with intense force leaving him on the ground, most of his body broken, all but his earth mask gone. He tried to stand but it was no use, he couldn't get up. What ever had hit him and slowed him down, made him weaker, what even was this power?

"H....how.....?"

But before he could get his answer a dragon of pure force smashed into him with crushing force as the last heart in his body shattered.... ending his life....
