Description:

Somewhere along the lines of history, a boy named Tetsuo gained miraculous abilities within the ninja arts. His specialty was the usage of wind and sound release techniques and his name was known across the globe for how he was unrivaled in combat. That those who came to face him in battle were not known to survive. This was capable through a magnificent plating of armor cased around his right arm and shoulder plexus. It was forged form the finest indestructible alloys and constructed out of hundreds of pieces so that it fit the user like a glove. It slides onto the users arm and seals itself with fuuinjutsu edged into the alloy to respond to the users chakra unto the users body. He called this weapon Akira. Akira sustains itself by slowly extracting chakra form the user throughout the typical day so that sound waves are consistently compressed and ready for use.

Akira's ability is within its unique construct. Its constructed with inner hundreds of tiny holes and tubing that run along its form that compresses sound waves. For example: Like how a user would play a flute instrument by blowing air into the flute while holding the notes, thus compressing the air to form a tune. Akira makes use of that style by compressing the air that circulates around the user through the holes and from basic movement creating unique, compressed sound waves that the user can manipulate. Akira can also be thought of as a medium for performing sound techniques with ease and with more versatility pertaining to the weilders need.

Abilities Notes:

- Akira is a sound instrument that has the ability to project melodies or sound waves that reach up to long range and can be used for supplementary purposes.
- Using Akiras sound waves, it can be used to create small, medium, and large defensive sound barriers when sound chakra is applied that are short range from the user.

Restriction Notes:

- Must know sound release
- Sound waves and defensive Barriers are A ranked, and can be made big enough to protect two ninja if standing next to each other at close range. The barrier itself can be formed to about a meter distance from the user giving enough distance of protection from the opposing force.
- Defensive Barriers can only be used 3 times per battle
- Elemental Weakness and Strengths Still Exist

While analyzing his opponent from head to toe, mu actives his chakara sensing. To keep stay aware of his surroundings, and not to get caught off guard.

(Chakra Henkanshi no Jutsu) - Chakra Sensing Technique

Description: This is a very advanced of advancing the ability to feel chakra. The technique allows the user to concentrate and detect someones chakra. Using these technique sensors can tell when the enemy is approaching and can easily track down targets. (Techniques activation lasts 5 turns)
Note: Can only be used by bio with sensory ability

Seconds after this was done. Mu, without moving a muscle creates a gushing sphere of water to be form around your entire body in seconds without you knowing.

(Suiton: Funshutsu Mizu Kinko) - Water Release: Gushing Water Imprisonment

Description: The user creates a flow of gushing water under the opponent which traps them in a sphere of water. The user can perform an attack while the opponent is trapped. This jutsu is similar to Water Prison Technique, though the user doesn't need to keep his arm in the sphere of water.
Note: Technique creates its own water source

As soon as the water is form, mu swings his right hand horizontally at you, to create a wave of electricity to be release, making contact with the water very quickly.

(Raiton: Kangekiha) – Lightning Release: Wave of Inspiration

Damage point: 30 (normally) 50 (when used in conjunction with water technique)
Description: After using a Water Style technique, the user releases a wave of electricity that can electrocute any water within range, electrocuting and knocking back an opponent in contact with the water. When used without a water technique, its power is moderate. The technique can be used extremely quickly, so that it finishes almost in conjunction with the previous jutsu.

These two moves happen very fast, with no use of hand seals. The time frame between them is very thin, that you would think they happen instantly. xd

As the water emerges out of the ground below me, I cause a ruby dragon to emerge from out of the ground flying towards you allowing me to ride on its back towards you, where I jump off mid way channeling my sound chakra into the air causing you to disrupt your thought process and disorientate you..

From that it starts to mess with their balance until they become incredibly disorientated.Lasts 10 turns and reduces damage of the jutsu used against the user by -5 until this effect wears off.

As i was about to channel the lighting chakara in my right hand, preparing to release it. A dragon like structure bursts out of the ground, with you on top of it. As the dragons changes its upwards trajectory, turning towards me. I fear that you might ram it into me. So i quickly perform a hand seal, and create a dragon of earth and stone to rise couple feet in front of me, to intercept you on your dragon.

Before the dragon reaches you, i channel lighting chakara through the bottom of my soles, as i move over a bit back, but not directly behind the dragon, fearing that debris might hit me. (Now at long range, hence even if the sound waves are done, it won't reach in time)

Description: By harnessing the earth's electrical fields to generate electricity, this works as long as the user's legs are connected to the earth. When in use, this allows the user to nearly instantly to close short distances and strike within the same motion. Usable at distances of several feet or less, this allows one to deliver an electrically charged palm thrust should it connect. If no contact is made between the ground and the user's legs, this is unusable. There is a downside as the user cannot change directions once the technique is initiated, thus allowing a more skilled opponent to dodge if they see it coming.
By this time, our dragons are about to collide soon enough. As i channel lighting chakara in the palms of my hand, and release it. As i do this, countless birds go in all direction and flock you, colliding with you and everything around you. making a huge explosion.
Raiton: Chidori Zenkai - (Lightning Release: One Thousand Birds Perfect Form)

Bit of timeframe issue trying to do two techniques before my ruby dragon even clashes with your dragon.. Just saying, since you said you acknowledged it changing trajectory by that time I dont think you can squeeze off both of them in the manner you expressed.


Now as the Ruby dragon has changed trajectory (according to you) that would be about the time I previously stated Id jump off and do the Sound jutsu(while your dragon collides with mine), but instead Im watching you run backwards and once you do I channel ruby chakra below you as your making your handseals for chidori and ruby spikes emerge impaling you from every direction while youre in the middle of it.

Note: Can hurt the user if caught in blast range.
Note: No Ruby on the next turn.
