Lancer gathers his water chakra and claps his hands while quickly slamming them on the ground. This causes a pool of water to appear right below you, the moment the pool appears a pillar of water rises sending you towards the air (10 meters high). As you are in the air, the user send bullets of water droplets from underneath you, skewing your body from the front delivering harsh impale damage. As that moment, Lancer begins to do 3 hand seals, manipulating those water droplets that just a second ago were impaling you to form a large dragon right behind you. The dragon acts quick and attacks you from behind literally carrying you back towards the ground and slamming you into the ground.

Description: The will clap his hands and slam them on the ground, creating a large pool of water that gushes upwards lifting the opponent into the air. After firing the enemy into the air, pool of water shoots numerous water bullets at the (now airborne) enemy while the user does the Bird → Dog → Snake → Rat hand seals which forms the water in the pool into a water dragon which attacks the target, grabbing it and forcefully bringing it crashing into the ground. Tobirama Senju does this technique with his own specific hand seals, similar to how he does some other water techniques.
