Can clones use genjutsu we have seen Madara clones all use sussano but does that mean Itachi and Sasuke's clones can use ms techs?amataratsu, tsukiyomi etc?

I think the only limit is the use of avatars because they take too much chakra. Something like PS can't be replicated but all genjutsu and ninjutsu should be able to be used.

I agree with you but Madara and clones use PS against the five kage

Well wtf, I forgot the second panel I had always just assumed Madara coated his clones not that they coated themselves. Why didn't Naruto just bust out 10-20 of those guys there against Sasuke during the war? Shit would have settled down way quicker if he had entered with that.

Clones can use every jutsu caster can able to do....but they don't do that because chakra is divided and everyone doesn't have godlike chakra

Against Kaguya, if he had hit the scene like that though...nothing really would have changed because Kishi wanted to use Kaguya so she still would have happened but Naruto should have been able to shut the war down with that power.
