Cloaks of past and future

So we have a new cloak but I will go through all that I have noticed.
Sakumo (whit fang)
Jiraiya
Tsunade
Minato
Naruto
The newest and similar styling to minato and sakumo is the so6p.
What of this is it the sages trademark and why is there no other villages that have these. Besides the rain cloaks they use lot's of questions here.
