The Earth is slated to increase in overall temperature by around 2 degrees Celsius over like, what, the next century? With the current level of CO2 emissions staying constant/current regulations being followed. Of course, this estimate is an average of computerized models that give a predicted change of like, half a degree Celsius to maybe a 6 degree Celsius increase.
Nobody is really saying global warming isn't going to happen, or that human activity doesn't contribute to global warming. Not even Slim's video:

Slim's video is correct insofar as that it characterizes the debate between scientists pretty accurately; however, it leaves out some information. It is true that no scientist ever is saying "global warming = catastrophe." In fact, for a while, the 2 degree number has been what policymakers have been able to agree on (it's extremely difficult to reverse global warming, so you have to settle for just limiting the amount of global warming that is already going to occur based on past emissions).
Still, it's not like there are no consequences for global warming, even on that level. It'll change crop growth patterns and cause longer heat waves. Could increase the spread of illnesses due to what kinds of fauna thrive in warmer climates. Could lead to water shortages in some areas of the world. Etc. These are things that are not catastrophic, but still affect future generations, and would be better avoided than ignored.
But ISIS has probably killed more people in the past couple of years than global warming will kill in the next century, so. :| But last time I checked nobody was like "Should we solve ISIS, or should we solve climate change?" XD
