IN episode 245 when naruto returned to the village after his training with jiraya/and when sasuke returne to the village with oro,suigetsu,and jugo/they both stood at the same spot on that pillar looking thing over looking the village an the stone kage faces. Naruto said that the village hasn't changed and Sasuke says it has(but it was after pain destroyed it but still he enfisized how they are differen't and the same at the same time.
