I think that would happen with any team, honestly. I mean, the GSW fans would have done just about the same if they had won, as would any other fans of a champion team.
On the other hand, this has to be LBJ's most important and difficult achievement by far so this praise is long due - the man lead a one man(arguably two, with Kyrie playing very well on the offensive side in strides ) show, leading both teams in absolutely every relevant category in a 3-1 deficit against the record-holder for most wins in a regular season squad and winning a game 7 on the road. I mean, if after this point you're still doubtful of his prowess and skillset, your basketball opinion should be ignored.
That being said, I really liked Draymond Green taking a minute to congratulate the cavs. It's a hard thing to do, to swallow your pride in such an important stage and for all the bad he has done, it was a nice gesture that was worth mentioning.
