sasuke didnt revive the juubi nor did he control it and use its attack to kill thousands, obito summoned kurama and unleashed it on the village big difference. stop trying to justify obito because you want to defend your fave calling him cool. if sasuke was the one who did what he did to konoha you wouldnt care about technical shit like "it was kurama who killed minato and kushina not obito", rather you would be slating him.

Sasuke directly didnt kill all of these shinobi but result of his actions. Same with Obito. Kurama wasn't under his control when he killed Minato and Kushina.

well obito is the coolest guy as most of kakashi's teachings came from this guy which inspired naruto and realize the value of comrades and friends which made naruto as obito's copy as a kid.

he was the one who laid plot for naruto and his power up(kurama)

created akatsuki and fooled everyone in NV including us readers to think he is madara which united the shinobi world keeping aside their differences.

he somehow partially soloed madara and steal bijuu and saved naruto's ass when guy is about to die for sure.

helped sasuke to get back to the team and sacrificed himself to save naruto and co and literally came back from dead later an impossible feat to anyone alive in NV to give a helping hand in sealing kaguya if it isn't for this guy there is no plot and naruto and sasuke would have been dead with kaguya sealing everyone in Infinite tsukuyomi.
