The initiation speed of the technique can vary, however the teleportation itself is always instant.

It's just like when minato teleported Kurama and the tailed beast bomb. He couldn't instantly teleport them, he had to build up the chakra first.

Thats like saying naruto clones take more time to form rasengan or FRS due to slower chakra build up of clone, but its aint true U_U

Show me a scan of a clone taking longer to teleport then. We've seen both minato and Tobirama use clones for FTG and both teleportation speed was still instant.

You don't know how difficult FTG is, how much chakra it uses or what kind of properties or the technicalities that are involved in the jutsu. Rasengan isn't FTG so you can't compare.

Tobirama and minato had to be in perfect sync in order for their attack to hit Obito. If the invitation of the jutsu was too slow the. It would've failed and Obito would've countered them.

Do you know why the end result always appears instant? Because it is. Tobiramas clone grabbed a truth seeking ball and teleported behind Juubito without him being able to react, and this is before the ball could even explode. That alone shows you how fast the teleportation was. Can't understand that then sorry for you, try reading easier mangas.

See no reason why would clone fail to sync, it never happened in fact, tobirama stated another reason.

Lol by the time that ball exploded, Obito had time to point minato's fail out, sasuke to put susanoo on, tobirama to create a clone and get there, minato was the only slow ass stretching his arm but he too gave a speech i think.
