Q.why tobirama reached TBB faster than Minato ???
ans: Minato didn't noticed TBB attached to his severed arm. During the heat of battle , while protect himself from Obito's attack.Minato instantly teleported away not realizing he got a TBB attached to his arm.It was only after obito told minato about TBB that he realized it.
But Tobirama was watching the whole battle all along. hence he saw that TBB before Minato and sent his clone rushing to minato to help him. Despite noticing TBB late , minato quickly reacted to reach that TBB but in that split seconds , tobirama managed to catch that TBB and attack Obito himself.
Q. why tobirama mark remained but minato's vanished.
Ans: Its because Obito transformed into Jinchuriki of jubbi. after all his limbs were severed and reconnected ,after transforming into perfect jinchuriki, whole structure of Obito's body changed like he got horns out of his body, those crazy seals all over his body.
It is like a catterpiller metamorphosis into a beautiful butterfly. all the traces of its earlier existence vanish except its conscience. hence minato's mark vanished.
But unlike minato , Tobirama recelty put a fresh mark on new Obito's body , when he was seedblitz. hence obito got a new mark on his new body , so Tobirama's mark is working but not minato's.
