Hello! 
I wanted to make this thread for quite some time. It's about Sasuke's fights. Since almost everyone uses them as arguments.
1. Sasuke vs Orochimaru
It is true that Oro was weak at the time, but it was still a win. He was smart and attacked his enemy while he was weakened, that's called thinking ahead and planning. And, do you really think anyone but him(and Naruto, possibly B) could break out of his dimension? A lot of people forget about it. So, it's a fair win.
2. Sasuke vs Deidara
I believe this is my favourite fight of Sasuke's, there was all, the tactics, the attacks; it was a pretty good fight. People say he had a huge plot shield at the end, and i won't deny it, but every character has a plot shield, doesn't it? Plot kept Naruto alive against Nagato. Sasuke didn't aim to kill him, so there was not killing intent on his side. He did make him suicide, right? That's something, after all, Deidara believed it was better to kill himself and Sasuke, than be defeated and eventually captured.
3. Sasuke vs Itachi
Even if Itachi did hold back, Sasuke managed to fight him on a whole different level than anyone before. He managed to hurt him and escape the Tsukuyomi, and even made him use Susanoo. If Itachi was serious, he would be long dead. But, he didn't die, so it's a unfair and a little stupid - win.
4. Sasuke and Team Taka vs Killer B
He was still not used to his MS, and was on the verge of death two times because of it. He understimated B and paid the price. If he was actually used to MS, the fight would be a whole new story. Team Taka barely won, but they did and Sasuke awakened a new power for Karin
5. Sasuke vs The Fodder samurai and the Kages
He owned the samurai, but had problems with the Raikage. If they continued, they would probably kill each other. Sasuke at least got his hand, and Ay only b!ch slapped him, but didn't harm him so much. I'd say it's a draw.
Then, Gaara, he blocked his amaterasu and he had to run away. Mizukage and Onoki were too much after all the fighting.
He would be dead without Tobi, but didn't he make the kages know about him? If he kept quoet, Sasuke would fight only Danzo.

There wasn't any plot there. He had help, but he was smart enough to take Karin with him.
