Think about madara. How did madara awakened the rinnegan? He implanted senju dna into himself. Hagoromo is the progenitor of the senju and the uchiha. The uchihas inherited his visual prowess and the senjus his body. If hagoromo awakened the rinnegan it was because of his dna, it is in himself and that ability passed down to the uchihas that need senju dna(the other half of hagoromo) to awaken it.


Indra was 50% hagoromo.
Ashura was 50% hagoromo.


what is there to counter? This is naruto 101.

In the manga drawn by Kishimoto Indra is later shown with a normal Sharingan.

Therefore and following your logic we can depict that the spiral eyes are Kishimoto version of Indra's mangekyo. Wow..

We also saw everytime the SO6P was referenced that he had the Rinnegan which as nothing to do with Indra's eyes.

Uchiha and Senju =/= Rinnegan

Indra's chakra and Ashura's chakra = Rinnegan


It has to be Indra and Ashura's chakra for one to awaken the Rinnegan. It can't be just any Uchiha and Senju.
