clearing confusion about sage sasuke's eye

Many people are saying the sasuke has now juibi like eye...it's wrong the juibi/kagayu/lord madara's 3rd eye has 9 tomoe, 3 tomoe in each circle.but sasuke's rinnegan has 6 tomoe the last and outermost ring doesn't have any tomoe maybe it isn't fully changed...& my friend dont worry about sasuke's one eye! Because his another eye will change soon because evolution of eye begins in one eye & ends by changing the other! Maybe after fully changing his both eyes will have 9 tomoe!

Madara and obito's juubi only had 6 tomoe so they got six balls. Naruto got power from sage, whose juubi had 9 tomoe, so he got 9.
