Anyways i have a question why are the zetsu said to have similar dna to hashirama?
Is it because the shinju makes the MT victims (Zetsu) gain a genetic structure similar to hashirama or did madara enhance them with hashi's dna?....

One last question, Is the white zetsu army clones or actual MT victims?...

There are probably 2 separate ways to create zetsu.

Madara used cultivated flesh to create them, while Kaguya uses living vessels.

I think its because madara has hashirama's DNA in his body.

Zetsu were made from the shinju which gives them their wood abilities and ability to travel through land.

Hashirama has similar abilities without being of the shinju.

This alone could explain a reason as to why they have similar effects, but what I say below can also be an additional reason.

Hashirama's cells were used as a catalyst to speed up the growth of white zetsu. Even if the white zetsu didn't have hashirama dna before, after Hashirama's cells were used as a catalyst it likely fused Hashirama's dna with the white zetsu.

bz took them out of the mazou. hashis cells amplified them. they are most likely similiar since mokuton comes from shinju.

wz army were clones of the original, it was stated by them in manga. ''sasuke killed our original''

I heard somewhere that WZ is the true villain, He is Controlling Kaguya who created BZ who manipulated Madara whom Manipulated Obito whom Manipulated Nagato. Kaguya is only creating her true manipulator, the will on WZ.
