This chapter also showed us Sasuke referring to Sakura as his wife. And previous chapter Sakura mentioned Sasuke as her husband and Sarada as her daughter.

Naruto knew nothing about all of this and he feels anger towards Sasuke.

The timeline would have been all messed up if she was pregnant though because Naruto already had Boruto years before he became a Hokage. Since Sarada and Boruto are roughly the same age, they had to be born in the same year (+/-- 1 year).

So no. Sakura couldn't have been pregnant at the time.

The gaiden is not over yet, the things you're asking are yet to be answered, but one fact is clear: Karin is the mother, there is nothing you can do to change that. :lol I don't mind your denial, though, stay mad, stay irrate.
