[Suggestion] Cleaning up the forum

~ Combine the whole '' Naruto Media '' tab into a singular sub-forum !

The reason being no one follows its rules anyways now-a-days. Everyone posts whatever they feel like, wherever they like rather it be boruto or naruto they're both in the naruto and boruto sub-forums. So why not just combine them all into one sub-forum? So not only would it be more popular, but it would insight more discussion that would normally be brushed off because it was in some old ass sub-forum that no one pays attention to.​

There is already a sub-forum consisting of the main anime, why not just redo this whole process? Do the same for the first suggestion but instead deleting the whole section, make a new one fresh and make it just open after clicking the singular sub-forum instead of making all these sub-folders that just crowd and confuse everyone.​

Doing this would be more productive, combining all these communities together for more traffic and thus increasing the moral of the forum because now everyone is more together than separate. Because of this there will now be tags that you can add to every thread created: ''Serious'', ''News'', ''Funny'', ''Random'' and any other tag that seems relevant. ​

The roleplay section doesn't need a tune up because its already in the process of doing so. The Design tab doesnt either because we don't wanna mess with all the good and beautiful art already in it. The first tab is already very well designed and organized so nothing needs to be done there either... For a small side note too, either remove, move, or separate completely the concept of the Naruto Forums as a whole from the Narutobase, anime/manga illegal display. Narutobase doesn't need to provide these copyrighted products, there are already sites like kissanime or even crunchyroll that can provide these products either for free or for a small price so why do we need it too? Its only hurting us all as a community. This would of course ideally let the forums be added to search engines, thus increasing popularity and thus increase the flow of new members, ideally also would increase revenue income because some may decide to get premium.

... All of this would be a HUGE change for the good in my opinion, for the life of me i cannot see anything negative about all these changes i've presented. Yes, this would be very time consuming, probably would need all the mods and admins to work together for this, however in the end of all the work i'm sure it would be worth it.

I agree with combining The Naruto and Boruto Discussion/Questions/Anime/VS sub-sections. Members end up posting in the wrong section anyway. We can keep Official Predictions as a subforum.

M.A.C Base Forum is a little complicated.

The Base Community Forum is fine IMO.

Even if it would decrease the size, I'd still prefare tabs. With tabs there won't be the sligthest scrolling, and we don't have to make everything sub-forums to prevent unlimited scrolling. We would be able to keep a nice structure for nearly all the sections as well.

I never said anything about removing tabs though lol just combining the inactive or needless sub-forums into one sub-forum.

I have suggested/asked Z a few times before, to add few tabs and drop down menu for them on navbar. I hope him and V can accommodate something like that when they can.

( There were some issues including time constraints at the time that I don't even remember now. It's been a while. )

As for sections itself - The subforums were re-organized only sometime back on member recommendations:

I prefer when things are organized. Otherwise how about we merge all RP sections in one? Naruto RP non Naruto RP and start daily 'death not' RP threads too in the same? Why subforums? It's the one taking biggest space and surely reduce the " size".

You are asking the sections where you are barely active to merge without realizing that it reduces visibility for a lot of topics. While on first page it will be some of the most repetitive but pointless discussions only. Of course some people post in wrong sections - but they need to be more attentive instead of causing inconvenience to a lot more people.

Yes I can read it but not everyone has good eyes. If you want your message to reach more people the text should be properly readable.

There are not many active members in RP either. Sometimes people wonder whether there are more staff members than active RPers. People post things like " Role-play going down hill?", RP is dead" for 3+ years by now. It's not like there are that many new people joining or rping. Why do we need that huge set up for something dead? So merging whole RP in the same section in one big sub forum is good idea too.

Besides, it's too cumbersome and actually frightens new comers with it's hefty size which makes everything look so complicated. If it didn't look that hefty some more people may be interested. People don't even realize that non Naruto RP is available or can get in to other kind of RP. We should definitely start with there.

It's large size also pushes MAC base further down the screen and many visitors probably think we don't even have things related with it. So why not reorganize and reduce the size of that section? It's not a question.

Look here- I don't really want to be rude here. We do appreciate suggestions- even the ones already made or being worked upon already. For it validates admins own decision some more. But being so pushy when you haven't thought things through is a turn off. You ask why I'm ignoring your comment about illegal content. You said "illegal content reduces popularity" and at the same time naming other sites with illegal content which makes them popular. :|

One day people here demand for new sections from NB for their favourite series, next month they want NB to merge it all. It's like forget making everyone happy, you cannot satisfy even few of them when they are unable to make up their own mind. This kind of circus doesn't increase activity. More people visiting and noticing something to interest them does. And admins do have that in mind.

PS: Those small fonts further reduce visibility of your text.
