got a question: ive been reading detective Conan for a while but I'm starting to catch up on the chapters and so I'm looking for a new manga and claymore is one that I was considering, so is it any good?

It's a bit gore (blood/violence) but the plot thickens unexpectedly well! The characters are pretty neat also. It's definitely 1 of my top 5 manga to read

it's pretty good , i haven't read all the manga since i saw the anime first .....the anime goes a different turn then the manga...the anime was f'in sick bunch of chicks with swords and demon powers....kinda turned me on at first....jokes aside it's pretty good tough.

(anime is only 26 episodes.)

I think claymore is starting to make the mistake of blowing out of proportion. As it stands; Priscilla is like a freaking 'deity'.

I agree. It's getting hard to get a sense of the differences in power-level.. the plot has to thicken once again for it to get really interesting, but I have the feeling that will happen soon

I can only see thay happening if they decide to introduce the mainland into the story. Since as it stands now; Priscilla is basically near immortal.

ikr there are only a few of us Claymore fans xd
But yeah, I hope they'll involve a mainland arc soon. I hope the manga won't be rushed like they did with the anime.

Ikr, there's so many people absorbed into the mainstream garbage that Manga's like this don't get enough attention.
The anime was horrible. Even though there was a decent amount of Manga content to go by. ( Like 70+ chapters?)
Well it wasn't that bad...but it could've been miles better.
Mainland Arc could bring Claymore to a new level if and only if the author manages to pull off the transition in a great way, and not just a bunch of boring sailing chapters. Something Like the 7 year timeskip could work, but that'd be unoriginal.

I'm refraid Norihiro Yagi will have a hard time keeping the power differences sensible and down to earth. I hope it doesn't progress turning into a DBZ like manga like Naruto did. More smooth body movement, less monster stuff please~
