Let me see where to start, erm Kirin is a powerful technique and the most overused jutsu after the D rank pillar jutsu in the NW. Which that annoys me about it. Secondly it has a lot of preparation that one must undergo in order to perform it like use chidori, use a fire jutsu to the sky and all that stuff basically its a cooked technique. I suppose with a powerful jutsu like this I suppose those conditions are suitable for it. But amongst all of its good points I dont like it because its overused and I would rarely get a chance to use it in a fight. Another biggest disadvantage would be that this jutsu takes two turns to be finally accomplished, well two is minimum that would happen if one plays their cards right.
After listening to her sensei's explanation Naori molds katon chakra and focuses her chakra on her chest. Naori inhales some air while she converts her chakra in to katon in her chest, then she spews out three dragon heads towards the sky. All of them taking slightly different routes but nonetheless they were still aimed to go to the top. Going as what the jutsu description says then those clouds do really form. After clouds have formed Naori molds her lightning jutsu and weaves a few hand seals to create chidori. She uses it to tame the lightning up above and uses shape manipulation to change its appearance to be like a dragon like lightning beast. With tears coming out of Naori's eyes as she has to just weave down her hand and make Kirin attack her senpai. She hesitates but as Senpai gives her the go ahead look she does so and Kirin quickly strikes senpai and her hoping that it was a clone.

Well this technique is a great asset if you are a genjutsu user. But for people like me who chose Uchiha bios just because we wanted Susanoo, Amaterasu and fast eye reading it useless. This jutsu is useless alone because it acts as a decoy nothing else, if you do not follow up with with a genjutsu. Other then that since this jutsu exposes the opponent to a missive amount of light it can help avoid some of the Nara shadow jutsus. because of the light I think it can help you from being targeted by something because if you were to use this light when an opponent is about to attack you can prevent it by using it making the opponent stop their jutsu and focus on protecting their eyes. The most important thing is when using this jutsu you cannot do other jutsus so if you would want to attack when the jutsu is effective you would have to resort to free form like send a kunai with an explosion tag or throw an arrow to their heart.

This lightning chakra illuminating for her whole body is kinda different though, as it is getting brighter it conceals the vision of her opponent, making them unable to track the user where they are. Which provides an opening which she quickly utilizes via a explosion tag which she tosses towards the clone, by attaching it to an arrow and shoots it towards senpai's clone as it pierces through her stomach.
