Does it have a manga Yes, and the manga is awesome.

Tell me about the story itself Humanity is facing extinction by an enemy called Titans. Titans are basically giants that eat people. I won't get into anymore details, just watch the anime and read the manga yourself xD.
Is it with jutsu and powerups Nope. It's set in medieval times, where the weapons they have are cannons, swords, and something called 3D maneuver gear (again, just watch the anime and you'll quickly understand what it is)

Attack on titans is a very good Anime/Manga. It takes place in the 800s-900s (I think) and basically mankind is forced to like on what we would consider "reservations". They live in fear of being attack by the giant Titans which do attack them, but only for the fun of hunting the humans. They don't need nourishment which is way the humans believe they do it for fun. Eren is the main character and he hates the titans the most. I won't tell you why or what happen the rest is up to you to watch.
