Old gen in their prime absolutely. As far as we know Akainu and Kuzan are currently in their prime. We know at MF Garp got pissed and took Akainu down to the ground ready to unleash hell before Sengoku stopped him and we know that isn't Garp's prime. Had they been the only two there and that happened Garp would have won. You can argue had it been only 1v1 the whole time Garp wouldn't have had the chance since Akainu wouldn't be distracted or if it was 1v1 he wouldn't have gotten as angry as he did at MF but they're just what if's, what we saw is Garp got the drop on Akainu and Sengoku felt the need to remove him ASAP.
