ok ive think ive seen enough lightning based attacks to say this, and i only mean attack techs, supplementary no, but yea who's jutsu do you think is better...an what i mean by "better" is like the power, how kool it looks, ect.(u can list more pro's if ya want) but just say who's is better overall.. for me ima have to roll with kashi's lightining release:lightning beast running jutsu, and here's why

1. this jutsu looks sick as hell, i mean its a lightning dog..so kool
2. its fast and seems like it can majorly inflict alot, but overall fast xD
3. and it doesnt seem like it wastes away your chakra so just imagine a bunch of these running around lol

im not a fan of kashi or nothing, but when he first used it on pain i thought it was weak, cuz pain just blocked it with ease (like all jutsu's tho), but then i realized if it were someone else it would really hurt, so what do u guys think is best raiton skill(attack type) out of this poll

In terms of sheer damage, Kirin is unmatched.

In terms of looks, I'll agree with you and say Kakashi's Lightning Beast

Rikage's Hell stab rules in both looks, strength and versatility...
I mean come on, when he changed it to One-Finger Nukite he was able to piece his own lightning armor and body... he was able to cut all of the eight tails at once...
Also it has no requirements, and it's not like it has a limited amount of times the jutsu can be used, also i don't see a limit to which the jutsu can be maintained.
