Clarifying what the Third Power is for people who don't know

I've seen a lot of things about what the Third power could possibly mean and its pretty much clogging up the forums with speculation lol

So i made this thread to put an end to it


The Third Power is referring to a party part taking in the war e.g. the Allied Shinobi Force is the first power, Tobi's Army is the second power

With this new scroll that will apparently let sasuke get a headstart in the war and actually become a dangerous threat to both the First and Second Powers, Sasuke and his team become the Third Power as they are now a seperate team of their own in this war neither on the side of the Allied Shinobi force or Tobi's army.


Basically its a 3 sided war, Sheldon's three way chess - Allied Shinobi Force vs Tobi's army vs Sasuke's goons
