People seem to believe Sakura's reaction
Sakura says "I wonder if Sasuke... still cares about in the least..."
First of all, her sentence is incomplete. She doesn't say "still cares about 'ME' in the least..".
Shes asking if he cares in general. She wonders if he's actually a changed person.
Sakura has been extremely skeptical of Sasuke since his arrival.
All examples of Sakura's skepticism.
Notice here:
Sasuke looks almost as though he was willing to attack Madara while Sakura was in harms way and held no regard to Sakura.
On top of that, Sasuke wasn't willing to help her out either. He was only focused on attacking whereas, Naruto was focused on retrieving Sakura.
I believe it was Kishimoto's intention to show the difference between Naruto's resolve and care for his teammates and Sasuke's lack of care for anyone only enhancing Sakura's skepticism leading her to say "I wonder if Sasuke... still cares about in the least..."
She questions Sasuke. She contemplates whether or not he's actually changed or still somewhat villainous. Sakura's question was not out of love or anything. She's just analyzing Sasuke's behavior to deduce his true resolve. When she asks if Sasuke cares, she's asking if he care for anything not just about her.
