Naruto has the Yang power which is defense. Sasuke has the Yin power which is attack. So Naruto has the best defense while Sasuke has the best attack. This makes sense since Naruto heals fast while Sasuke kills fast. Naruto survived Indra's Arrow because his Six Paths Kurama had a huge defense.

Actually it's true they both have great offence and defence but one is better than the other in one aspect. It's like how they both have potent chakra and large chakra reserves but one has the higher reserves while the other has the stronger chakra.

Unfortunately having six paths sage mode naruto has both op defense and attack powers. FYI sasuke's attacking power is not great as to his defense ,PS.
The example you provided above about INDRA's Arrow is long gone now. He no longer has indra arrow unless he again captures bijuus which is highly unlikely. FYI, Indra's arrow is the strongest technique of sasuke so if naruto could counter that then no other attack gonna hurt him. I am not downgrading sasuke but they both belongs to different leagues. Naruto is on another level as to sasuke.

Unfortunately, Naruto has so many techniques in his arsenal which could destroy any foe any time. I think you srsly needs to reread manga.

Sasuke's susanoo is more defensive than offensive. Other than kurama avatar, naruto even has goudamas which could block any attack except senjutsu techniques. You are just downgrading naruto to make him equal to sasuke's level.
