I think it's the same logic that applied to Tsunade, we know she said medical ninjas are supposed to be good at dodging attacks. Yet she was impaled alot vs madara, do you not see kishi is trying to show off the abilities of his ninja so you can see the feats of the techniques? That's how I see it.

the thing that makes sakura make the ground go boom. Tsunade had to come at her in real combat situations to make her learn it, that's how hard it was. I don't think at this point in Sakura's skill as a medical ninja would she struggle to fight with a chakra scapel.

You can't really blame her , she was trying to get to Sauske no matter what , did it worked out for her ? Yes , healing herself from that attack was nothing to her Karin knew she could do it ,she did great .

It didn't say she is. Nor will I dare say Tsunade isn't either. Yet Tsunade is unable to use this skill set like Kabuto, which she already admitted surpassing her prime. So can Sakura do it that of what Tsunade can't? This needs future scans of proof as the current chapters aren't effective enough to tell

That is what she said, and even then she said in her prime which does not in anyway mean she can not do it or could not. It just means he surpasses her former skill in that which we know nothing about.

You can't make a case about kanuto using CES because it's a totally different scenario. Kabuto had never shown CES or is even implied to know it, it's not medical ninjutsu.
