Are people under the impression that Tsunade would've let Sakura become a medical ninja if she hadn't had the knowledge?! It's anatomy we're talking here, you're supposed to know EVERYTHING about a human body, how it works and what to do in situation like these.
Sakura didn't become a medical ninja JUST for the flashy aura around.

Karin cut off arms, her techniquue did was the kages could not do in such a short time atm, doesn't make her kage level, but you have to admit she helped and she survived an attack pretty nicely.

That will be nearly impossible to do even the latest chapter showed how much precision it takes to do what she is doing to Naruto. Kabuto explained in heated battle its very difficult to make medical jutsu offensively. Only Kabuto has shown to master this. Until then we need more evidence that will allow to use it for offensiveness.

Exactly why i did not get why people were saying she did not know it. Thanks for admitting that and karin and suigetsu did make the chapter epic indeed. Karin surprised me i had almost lost hope we would never see some kickass shiz from her.

Sakura fights with chakra enhanced strength, only two people have had the skill to learn it, every medical ninja can use chakra scapel.

I agree it might be harder to use in battle but CES is proof enough to me she can handle using chakra scapel offensively. But we'll never know maybe at least and how can you tell me she can't if i say she could? I would have more proof for it than you.

She ignorantly tanked an attack when she didn't know it's purpose. What would she have done if that Mokuton attack was meant to cut her in half? The lack in knowledge and the ability to dodge it only shows how little skill she has.
