CLARIFICATION:Sasuke did not defeat Itachi

Sasuke did force Itachi to use MS during their Katon battle

Of course he died because he was sick, i saw some people saying that too that Sasuke defeated Itachi.

He died and then Sasuke did the exact opposite of what Itachi wanted, Total win. =D

still doesnt really prove that sasuke won. if anything he lost for a bit longer since he didnt do what Itachi wanted. although that did ended up with him getting EMS though. Still went according to Itachis plan. in the end Itachi still used KA to his advantage, so one way or another his plan still worked. Sasuke got his powerup and hes fighting villians.
