Clarification on Tobirama's Edo Tensei

I see tons of people talking about giving Tobirama great edo feats(I saw a thread where a guy gave him Mu & 2nd Mizukage) what those people have to realize is even if he did have those edos his Edo Tensei is even less efficient that Part 1 Orochimaru's which almost makes them useless if you really think about it. Well not exactly useless but its not like Current Orochimaru/Kabuto's Edo Tensei where the ninja almost come back at full power

what throneoo said. Even if he couldn't bring them back at full strength, he made jutsu specifically for edo tenseied corpses. Just imagine an army of ninjas coming at you with the exploding talismans jutsu. I would run in the opposite direction :| But that's just me. :|

So? Who cares is they are weaker

Regeneration + infinite chakra make up for it.

Edo tensei is practically invincible unless enemy has access to sealing/immobizing techniques

Honestly I'd rather have an army of 100 fodder ninjas grinding self distruct than 10 kage-level shinobi capable of resistance and/or change (like the risk with Itachi's plot and Madara's loophole)

After Tobirama's demonstration I got the idea that Edo Tensei was meant to target fodder ninjas--not overpowered ones.
(by target I mean subjects for Edo Tensei)
