Clarification on the "Reincarnation"

I want to clarify something regarding the reincarnation business of Ashura and Indra.

The individuals like Naruto and Sasuke and Hashirama and Madara are not born as reincarnations. It is that when proved worthy Indra and Ashura's chakra resides in them.


What it actually is "transmigration". They simply go into another body, that already exists.

If it was reincarnation it was not possible for Madara to come alive as Indras soul would have already resided in Sasuke.
