OT: Clans generally have skills they learn which put them above most, they have a progression plan you could say. That has been developed over time to overcome most circumstances. That's why the Uchiha have specialisation even without the Sharingan.

The Hyuga are the same, I'd say most of them can learn to target the chakra points and Vacuum palm seems like a stpale jutsu which is a stronger version of palm bottom.

The senju make no sense past plot even now I'm confused at times. I guess their strong bodies, physical energy which allowed them to be exceptional.

Being a part of clan also puts huge pressures on you as your not only representing yourself so your bound to be drilled harder than most. That's why clans are generally considered superior although that may not be the case for every Shinobi. There can be notable non clan shinobi who may be on par with or above the greats from clans.

I would think so, I would go as far as saying they would also have access to and learn sage modes to enhance them further. For some reason I don't see Hashirama pulling out his SM out of thin air. Or Tsunade's contract with the slugs either. Also Hogaromo knew Gamamaru(toad sage) so he would've passed that onto somebody or something.

Because they are. They have abilities that average shinobi don't. The ones you listed as examples are directly descended from the Otsutsuki.. that's special. The other ones not listed evolved over 1000 years of people heavily using, experimenting with, and progressing chakra/ninjutu. I'm pretty sure most of them are mutants by definition due to them developing specific chakra in order to preform clan specific jutsu/KKG... that is also special.

This is not to say that non-clan members aren't special. Sakura, Lee, Guy, Kakashi (never mentions a clan), Minato (also never specifically mentions a clan if I recall), etc are all characters that are assumed to be from either just a normal family, or lost clan that wasn't relevant enough to survive the times. They are all characters that either were or eventually became a cut above the normal standard of shinobi.

So yes. Judgement will be and has been made. Yes, clansmen are special. Specifically the ones directly descended from the Otsutsuki. That's just how it goes in this manga.
