clans for my bio and their clan abilities

Im going to be updating my bio soon because (amung other things) i didnt add a clan. I was wanting him to be Hozuki clan related. I have two questions:

Can i just update him to say he is in this clan? Or do i need to do anything special?

Ive looked everywere on the base and cant find anything to do with Hozuki clan abilities being taught by anyone specific? When it comes to the hydrification skills who can train me for that?

I would assume they mean all. Mostly because we don't know enough about them. You could ask cali or another rp mod. >.>
