clan techs can be used by outsiders

I have been seeing a lot of people argue the fact that clan techs are exclusive to clan members and outsiders cannot and do not have the ability to use them. such tech as body expansion and mind transfer. I dont believe that to be true. clan tech like these do not require a kg to perform. what we have forgotten is that using techs require the right chakra control, element if needed, and most important the right hand seals. The hand seals are the master code to using techs. Like when Itachi made kabuto show him the seals to release the edo tech. After having the seals needed Itachi easily could perform the tech. Some may say it worked for Itachi because of the shar. but that isnt the case. The shar allows them to read hand seals as they are formed at high speed like how sasuke discovered Diedra's element. Anyway the big arguement is and the best example of the situation is could Hiruzen actually use all the tech of the leaf because the manga said he knew them all. We have only seen him fight once so the proof is small but if viewed correctly can be the answer to the debate. Here goes, pay attention

the panel showing him when he discovers their location is the key. The old man actually sniffs out the 1st and 2nd while under the genjutsu. Sound familiar, yes it is the same as the most common and reliable jutsu of Kiba's clan the Inuzuka clan. Like I said small evidence but that is all you need. No one else in the naruto world has done anything similar except those from the Inuzuka clan. So yes you can learn and use clan techs

Yes others can use them, but they are secret techniques that are only taught to members of the clan. Unless someone is able to figure out how to use them their self

There are instances where the clan teaches outsiders to use their techs. For example Minato learned a butt load of Uzamaki seals from kushina. And I sure the third was loved so much by the leaf that clans willing taught him techs as well as he demonstrated in the pic above

How could you say no and the manga clearly states that the sealing techs minato has are Uzamaki clan techs and he learned from a Uzamaki. Also the pic of Hiruzen shows him using the basic Inuzuka tech.

yup. Hiruzen at a certain stage had all the techniques in the village (outside of the aburame ones, special summons and the byakugan/sharingan of course). that said, i don't think he learned all the recent ones, like say kushina's, minato's etc. but say when he became hokage he possessed them.

If it's not KKG then any one can learn the tech
but there is a condition, the user must have the nature chakra for the tech if it's needed

i´m on your side, there is a reason that there is a distinction between kg and hiden, because for a kg you need the dna but for a hiden you only need the knowledge and the skill to use it, so in theory it is learnable by outsiders.
i wouldn´t really call the inuzuka nose a hiden though...
