So I know that many times when a child is born with parents from different clans that they inherit the traits of those clans. So my question is if my ancestry was to have tons powerful clans like uzumaki uchiha hyuga etc then how many of the traits of each clan would I bear and would my kids and grand kids have the same abilities. How watered down does my ancestry have to be in order to not have the attributes of those clans that my ancestors were in. Basically, if I was 1/8 or 1/16 hyuga or any other clan would I possess that clans traits still

I would say its entirely dependent on which genes are stronger during the "creation"

Depends on biology (gene dominance) & the strength of kkg or the conditions for them. Your upbringing, experiences and environment too.

Also depends how troll-ey Kishi is feeling.

Yes you can but not always the child inherits the parents power/skill whatever you want to call it even SO6P said it. You could inherit nothing and be a fodder lol

I doubt anything less than a quarter-breed could actually utilize a clan doujutsu. So perhaps Boruto or Himawari's children could possess Byakugan (as they'd be quarter breeds) but I doubt anything more watered-down than that could use it. Its been greatly implied that most clans practiced interbreeding so its unlikely those traits would pass on for too long.
