So the secret behind the jutsu is molding earth chakra.Backside is you have to keep your contact with the earth.You put your hands on the ground and start to mold earth chakra until the golem form you want is created.How many closed eyes you have depends how many eyes the golem will have-1 or 2.If you make two golems each golem will ahve one eye.The main think is to keep your hands on the ground,keeping the focus on the golem and from there let your imagination wild.You can regenirate limbs create extra such but 2 eyes is the max and yours must be close.Here I want you to picture how Garaa was able to see with his sand eye.Same principle but you do not cover your hand.Keep your eye/eyes closed, otherwise either the golem will disappear or the eyes on the golem will close.

Golems have no eyes.You won't be able to see at all and operate the Golem so good.

I knead my doton chakra throughout my body then slam my palm to the ground. As I distill my doton chakra into the ground I close my eye shaping a golem in the earth. By focusing more chakra into the arth I cause the golem to emerge from the ground as I slowly open my left eye. The golem now fully formed with one eye I use chakra to move the golem around freely.
