(Genjutsu: Kōtta) Illusionary Technique: Frozen
Type: Supplementary/Offensive
Rank: A
Range: Short-Mid
Chakra cost: 30
Damage points: 60
Description: The user forms two hand seals and traps the opponent in a genjutsu. To the victim, two hands of ice suddenly erupt from the ground and seize their legs. The ice appears and sounds utterly real, its crystalline surface hissing as it forms. The hands’ crushing grip pins them in place, while their intense cold seems to cause immediate frostbite and excruciating pain. In reality, the opponent is immobilized and takes damage due to the stress on his mind.
-Can only be used two times per battle.
-No Genjutsu of A rank and above next turn.
1000 kumi sir. I reckon you don't have questions.
