*I stomp my right foot on the ground and channel doton chakra into the ground blending my chakra into earth and with use of shape manipulation i make a thick "crust" of earth cover the surface of the water body surrounding it completely.*

Advantages/Disadvantages of this technique.

Advantages:
Great when fighting against Water specialists, or if us ourselfs are sand users, aslong as the water source is covered by this technique the opponent is only able to use non-requiring water techniques.

Disadvantages:
We would have the same disadvantages, able to use non-requiring water techniques only.
