oh good so, you know to produce your lightning from your body you simply increase the high frequency of your chakra. Well here is the tech. Please be descriptive on how you perform it.

I begin to clear my mind and focus on my chakra. By increasing the high frequency in my chakra and by using nature manipulation the chakra turns into pure lighting chakra. I start to channel and focus the lighting chakra through out my body, Then I send the lighting towards my hand and slam them down to the ground explosively. I release the lighting across the ground, It travels quickly through cracking the ground and when it reaches my opponent's feet, The lighting is shot upwards shocking him violently.

Hmmm....not bad but, you don't have to say you slam them explosively just say you slam them onto the ground. Also when you say it is shot upward make sure, you mention that you manipulate the lightning and have it shot upward from below the targets feet in the form of a column of electricity. Feel free to try once more just so, I know you got it.
